<![CDATA[ Latest from Gamesradar+ in Guide ]]> https://www.gamesradar.com Wed, 15 Jan 2025 11:58:57 +0000 en <![CDATA[ Fortnite Hatsune Miku: How to get the virtual pop star ]]> The arrival of Fortnite Hatsune Miku will have all Mikufans celebrating, as they can now bring the worldwide virtual superstar to the game. While her arrival coincides with the launch of the new Music Pass as she is the featured headliner for Season 7, you can also unlock her outfit for the battle royale and even a little Lego version of the diva for use across a variety of experiences. Sadly she's not available for free but there are several ways to unlock her, so here's the lowdown on how to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite.

How to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite via the Item Shop

The most direct way to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite is to purchase her from the Item Shop, where you have a choice of picking up individual cosmetics or the complete Hatsune Miku Bundle for a significant overall saving. The items available and their prices are as follows:

  • Hatsune Miku Bundle - 5,200 3,200 V-Bucks
    • Hatsune Miku outfit (with Lego style) and Pack-sune Miku back bling - 1,500 V-Bucks
    • Miku Live emote - 500 V-Bucks
    • Miku Miku Beam emote - 500 V-Bucks
    • Miku Light contrail - 600 V-Bucks
    • Miku's Beat Drums - 800 V-Bucks
    • Hatsune's Mic-u - 800 V-Bucks
    • Miku jam track by Anamanaguchi, Hatsune Miku - 500 V-Bucks

Note that if you purchase any of those items individually, the price of the Fortnite Hatsune Miku Bundle will be reduced accordingly, so if you decide to upgrade to the bundle later then you won't pay more than 3,200 V-Bucks overall. These cosmetics will be available in the Item Shop until March 12, 2025, so you have time to save up for them if you don't want to splash out straight away.

How to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite via the Music Pass

The other route to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite is to buy the Season 7 Music Pass, which will either set you back 1,400 V-Bucks as a one-off purchase or is included as part of the Fortnite Crew subscription that costs $11.99 / £9.99 per month. This will immediately reward you with the Neko Hatsune Miku outfit (with Lego style) and make other items available, though you'll need to level up your account in order to claim them. A complete list of the Hatsune Miku items available through the Season 7 Music Pass is as follows:

  • Neko Hatsune Miku outfit (with Lego style)
  • Miku Speaker emoticon
  • Miku On Stage loading screen [also available with the free Music Pass]
  • It's Miku! spray
  • Neko Miku Keytar back bling, pickaxe, and keytar
  • Leek-To-Go back bling
  • Miku Brite Keytar back bling, pickaxe, and keytar
  • Neko Miku Guitar back bling, pickaxe, and guitar
  • Magical Cure! Love Shot! jam track
  • Digital Dream spray
  • Neko Hatsune Miku outfit extra style (with Lego style)

The Music Pass featuring Hatsune Miku is available until April 8, 2025, so again you don't have to rush into purchasing it. While you need to level up your account significantly to unlock all of the available rewards, your progress will be tracked through the free pass from the start of Music Pass Season 7 on January 14, so if you upgrade later then you should receive all of the premium items you would have unlocked up to that point.

<![CDATA[ How to play the Elden Ring Nightreign beta ]]> The Elden Ring Nightreign beta gives players the opportunity to visit Limveld and take on a constantly shifting environment well ahead of the official release. While access to this playtest isn't guaranteed and is also currently limited to certain platforms, the only way to secure a chance of early access to Elden Ring Nightreign is to complete the registration process by January 20. To help with that, we've got details of how to sign up for the Elden Ring Nightreign beta, and when it will be running for those who are granted access.

When is the Elden Ring Nightreign beta?

Elden Ring Nightreign beta dates

The Elden Ring Nightreign beta will run over five separate sessions, but each of these will be limited to just three hours so you won't be able to stay online for extended periods if you get access. Each of these playtests will be available to selected PS5 and Xbox Series players only, so those on PC, PS4, and Xbox One will need to wait and see if future opportunities are added. The dates and times for the Elden Ring Nightreign technical test are as follows:

  • February 14, 2025
    • 3am-6am PST / 6am-9am EST / 11am-2pm GMT
    • 7pm-10pm PST / 10pm-1am EST / 3am-6am GMT (February 15)
  • February 15, 2025
    • 11am-2pm PST / 2pm-5pm EST / 7pm-10pm GMT
  • February 16, 2025
    • 3am-6am PST / 6am-9am EST / 11am-2pm GMT
    • 7pm-10pm PST / 10pm-1am EST / 3am-6am GMT (February 17)

How to access the Elden Ring Nightreign beta

Elden Ring Nightreign beta registration

To access the Elden Ring Nightreign beta, you need to register by signing up on the official website, creating a Bandai Namco account in the process if you don't already have one. Currently this technical test is only available on PS5 and Xbox Series, though Steam was also briefly shown when the registration first launched so PC may be added as an option in the future. Registration is open until January 20, so don't delay signing up or you may miss your chance to take part.

Do note that registering for the playtest does not guarantee access, so you'll have to wait and see if you get chosen to participate. It's also worth mentioning that while you don't need a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass Core subscription to take part in the Elden Ring Nightreign beta, you will need one to play the full version online when it launches later in 2025.

What's included in the Elden Ring Nightreign beta?

Elden Ring Nightreign screenshot showing a little magic and skeletal summoning

We have very little information so far about what will be included in the Elden Ring Nightreign beta, other than the official description of the network test which states that "selected testers play a portion of the game prior to the full game launch". In the final release, three players will team up over three days in-game to get ready for a final boss battle, while fighting a mini-boss at the end of each day – so it's possible that the technical test could be limited to a single in-game day, with or without the mini-boss at the end, though it's unlikely that the final boss will be seen at this stage.

That's everything we know about the Elden Ring Nightreign beta for now, but check back later as we'll be adding new information as it is announced.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals Battle Pass explained and how to claim rewards ]]> The first Marvel Rivals Battle Pass has launched with the arrival of Season 1, bringing a wide selection of cosmetic items that can be unlocked alongside several of the in-game currencies. While there are a selection of items that can be claimed for free, you'll need to purchase the Luxury Battle Pass if you want access to everything that's available in the current season of Marvel Rivals, and either way you'll have to earn Chrono Tokens to start unlocking rewards. With several different tiers and a fresh currency to spend it can all get a bit confusing, so here's everything you need to know about the Battle Pass in Marvel Rivals and how to claim rewards from it.

How much does the Marvel Rivals Battle Pass cost?

Marvel Rivals Battle Pass

Purchasing the Marvel Rivals Luxury Battle Pass to access all of the available rewards will set you back 990 Lattice, and acquiring 1,000 Lattice costs $9.99 / £7.99 so that price is basically interchangeable. There is also the option to purchase an upgraded Luxury Battle Pass that gives you 2,800 Chrono Tokens immediately and boosts your Chrono Token acquisition by 20% for the whole season, which is priced at 2,100 Lattice and obtaining 2,180 Lattice costs $19.99 / £15.99 – so basically double the initial investment.

If you'd rather not spend any money, then there are still plenty of rewards you can unlock for free through the Marvel Rivals Battle Pass, and I have details on all of those further down this guide.

How to claim rewards from the Marvel Rivals Battle Pass

Marvel Rivals Battle Pass Chrono Tokens

To claim rewards from the Marvel Rivals Battle Pass you need to spend Chrono Tokens, whether you're on the free or Luxury track, and there are two ways to acquire them. The first is by completing assignments found on the Missions tab, which include Daily Missions, Challenges, plus certain Event Missions, and you'll see the magenta Chrono Tokens icon against them stating how many you'll receive for completion. The other method is to directly exchange Lattice for Chrono Tokens, but this can become very expensive so I would not recommend it unless there's a reward you're desperate for and won't reach via progress alone.

Most rewards in the Battle Pass cost 200 Chrono Tokens, though this rises to 400 for costumes. Additionally, to unlock further pages of the pass you need to cumulatively earn 1,200 Chrono Tokens per page – note that this is the total earned during the season rather than your current balance, so it doesn't take into account any tokens that you've already spent on unlocking rewards. You can check this total at any time, by highlighting the Chrono Tokens icon on the top bar of the Battle Pass screen and looking for the Redemption Account balance, and then adding that to your current balance.

At the end of the season you can carry over unspent Chrono Tokens, but only up to the value of your Redemption Account balance. For example, if your Redemption Account balance is 4,000 Chrono Tokens as that is how many you've spent during the season, but you still have 5,000 unspent Chrono Tokens remaining, then only 4,000 can be carried over to the next season's Battle Pass.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals Invisible Woman guide and tutorial ]]> Want to learn how to play Marvel Rivals' Invisible Woman? Sue Storm, key member of the Fantastic Four, has been dropped as Season 1 begins, and players can take up this four-star complexity Strategist hero to utilise a mixture of healing and stealth to support their teammates.

Right now The Invisible Woman seems pretty powerful, but she's also more than a little complicated, as her low health pool means that players have to be intelligent and cunning about where to put her on the battlefield. For those who need a helping hand, we'll explain how to play the Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals below, with a guide to both her powers and abilities, as well as advice for on-the-field play.

All Invisible Woman abilities in Marvel Rivals

The Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals

The Invisible Woman has a wide range of abilities and moves in Marvel Rivals, with both her invisibility and force fields supporting her and other players. When she was still one of the Marvel Rivals upcoming characters we wondered what she'd be capable of, but now we know, and we'll lay out all her powers and moves below, as well as how best to use them.

  • Orb Projection (R2/RT): Sue Storm's main attack and healing power, these projectiles fly out and then back to Sue once they reach their maximum range. It pierces all enemies and hurts them along the way, as well as healing allies. Ten shots before reload, damage and healing is solid - a good basic ability.
  • Psionic Vortex (L1/LB): Mark a small area with a projectile. Tap the button again, or hit an enemy with that projectile, to create a small, temporary singularity that pulls in nearby enemies and damages them briefly. Not a huge deal in terms of damage or reach, but can pin foes down for a follow-up attack.
  • Force Physics (R1/RB): Switch to this power with R1/RB, then choose to either perform a telekinetic shove that pushes all enemies in a line away from you (R2/RT), or to drag them towards you instead (L2/LT). A good control ability, the main function of which is to clear distance between you and dangerous foes.
  • Agile Strike (R3): Sue Storm's melee is a three-hit combo, the last of which pushes enemies ahead of you back. Sue's no melee fighter, so like Force Physics, this strike helps you get out of danger range for certain characters.
  • Veiled Step (X/A): Sue's double jump launches her forward in a set arc while also triggering her invisibility. When in danger, this is mainly how you escape.
  • Guardian Shield (L2/LT): Give an ally a shield that floats in front of them and protects them from damage in that direction. It also grants healing over time, and slows enemies who move through it.
  • PASSIVE: Covert Advance: If Sue goes several seconds without attacking or using abilities, she turns invisible and gains health regeneration. This lasts until she attacks, uses a power, or takes damage.
  • TEAM UP: Fantasti-Force: The Invisible Woman grants Marvel Rivals Mister Fantastic the ability to trigger a shield and bonus health.
  • ULTIMATE: Invisible Boundary (L3+R3): Mark a large circular area that enemies can't detect. All allies in that zone are invisible and get healing over time, while enemies are slowed inside it. A great advantage for teams that have captured a point, or are holding back a payload.

How to play The Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals

The Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals

The Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals is all about supporting the other Marvel Rivals characters from stealth, as well as exercising some battlefield control. As a strategist with low health, you don't want to be near the middle of combat if you can avoid it - instead, use stealth to support your allies from around the edges, staying behind your tanks and using your battlefield powers to pin enemies down for your team to deal with. Your allies themselves should feel more free to attack when you heal and shield them accordingly.

Once good combo is Force Physics into Psionic Vortex, using the first to move enemies somewhere dangerous or away from a mission objective, then pinning them in place with the Vortex. At this point you can launch shots into them or let your team deal with them while you hold back and let your invisibility kick in.

Speaking of which, don't be afraid to retreat. Sue's stealth and passive regen means that you should play the character as a kind of support assassin - you appear, you damage, heal and manipulate accordingly, then vanish away and let yourself reposition.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals Mister Fantastic guide and tutorial ]]> The Marvel Rivals Mister Fantastic character is the newest hero who, along with the Invisible Woman, has been introduced to the game as part of Season 1. A three-star Duelist of some complexity and nuance, Mister Fantastic is oddly tanky in his mechanics, which are based around absorbing damage to improve his own firepower. Those who play Magneto will have some understanding of this dance, and below we'll go into more detail about how to play Mister Fantastic in Marvel Rivals properly, and get the best start with the Fantastic Four through our guide to getting KOs.

All Mister Fantastic abilities in Marvel Rivals

Mister Fantastic in Marvel Rivals

Below are all Mister Fantastic's abilities in Marvel Rivals, as well as how best to use them in combat and some details on each one.

  • Stretch Punch (R2/RT): Standard attack, a long range punch that deals respectable damage at a decent rate. No ammo limitations or reload, so you can keep up a constant barrage.
  • Reflexive Rubber (R1/RB): Briefly absorb up to 275 damage from all sources, then launch it back in the direction of your reticule. Really good at countering snipers like Hawkeye and Black Widow, especially if you're only popping your head out for a moment.
  • Flexible Elongation (L1/LB): Pick an enemy or ally and dash towards them with a shield on you. If you hit an enemy they take damage, and if you hit an ally you give them a shield. A good way to close distance, but not especially powerful as an attack.
  • Distended Grip (L2/LT): Entangle an enemy with one arm, then either drag them towards you or grab another enemy to slam them together in midair. Not hugely damaging, but a good crowd control option.
  • PASSIVE: Elastic Strength: All abilities generate "Electricity", measured on your reticule. Electricity increases melee damage, and reaching 100 Electricity briefly grants you massive amounts of Shield and an extreme temporary damage buff, though increases your size. For about five seconds, you'll go from being a Duelist to a Vanguard.
  • TEAM UP: Wedded Harmony (O/B): When paired with The Invisible Woman, she can grant Mister Fantastic a temporary shield that provides constant bonus health and damage resistance.
  • ULTIMATE: Brainiac Bounce (L3+R3): Leap into the air and hit the ground for a big AOE, slowing enemies. If you damage somebody, you can bounce again until you miss, so it's a good way to thin out enemy groups or wear down slower tanks.

How to play Mister Fantastic in Marvel Rivals

Mister Fantastic in Marvel Rivals

Mister Fantastic is one of the odder Marvel Rivals characters, a mix of melee DPS, crowd control and tanking abilities. He has 350 health, meaning he's not the most durable on paper, so you need to use abilities like Reflexive Rubber and Flexible Elongation to grant yourself a greater power of survival. Admittedly, he does have one of the better Marvel Rival Team ups, which will give you more freedom to survive on the frontlines.

The best way to play Mister Fantastic is ultimately to play from a medium range distance, using your reach to hurt enemies, separate them from the group and build Electricity. You're not the most mobile of characters, so standing behind a tank and throwing punches over their shoulders is a healthy option, throwing foes around to break up groups or pull in the weaker ones with Distended Grip.

You can't stay too far away though, as both your best powers - Elastic Strength and your ultimate Brainiac Bounce - are great for melee. These are your moments to dash forward (ideally with Flexible Elongation) and tear through the enemy team, especially if they're all grouped together.

Ultimately, Mister Fantastic's range, limited mobility and crowd control make him feel like a character who will thrive more in the teams trying to stop a payload being moved, rather than on the aggressive team.

Wondering when the Human Torch and the Thing will be joining the fray? We've got all Marvel Rivals upcoming characters listed here!

<![CDATA[ Fortnite Shogun's Arena: Where to find it and deal damage ]]> Finding Shogun's Arena in Fortnite is harder than you might think, as it's not actually available when you first start each match. Instead, it appears as a floating set of islands after a certain amount of time has passed, spawning from a rift in a random location high in the sky. While it's home to the challenging Shogun X boss fight and some high tier loot, you're more likely to be looking for it so you can damage opponents in Shogun's Arena for one of the Fortnite quests, and helpfully that's pretty easy to do once you're in the right location. To help you on your way, here's how to find the Fortnite Shogun's Arena and damage opponents once you get there.

Unlike all of the named POIs on the island that are fixed in place, the Fortnite Shogun's Arena location varies from match to match and you can't predict in advance where it will be. You also can't head there straight away, as you need to wait until around the fourth Storm circle starting to close in for Shogun's Arena to emerge from a rift above the island. Around this time a red marker will appear in the sky to indicate where the rift is appearing, and once it spawns you can see Shogun's Arena on your map as as a cluster of red islands along with an icon for the boss Shogun X. Head to that area, then use one of the Air Sprites on the ground below to launch yourself up to the floating islands.

Once you've arrived on the floating island, you then need someone to fight. If other players have also landed there then you can attack them in the usual way to damage opponents in Shogun's Arena, however it's much easier to attack the roaming Shogun X boss as damage to them will still count towards this quest. Ideally you want to hit them from a distance with a ranged weapon to quickly rack up the required 300 damage, as once alerted the boss will start teleporting towards you and dishing out deadly attacks – once you've ticked off the challenge it's up to you if you want to stick around for a tough fight or bounce out of there as quickly as possible.

<![CDATA[ Fortnite Great Turtle: Where to find the giant turtle ]]> The Fortnite Great Turtle is surprisingly elusive given its massive size, as it can lumber around the island between matches to hide in one of six possible locations. It's worth tracking down this giant turtle in Fortnite, as it will help you tick off part of the Story quests while also awarding a level up token to give your seasonal progress a handy boost. What's more, you'll also meet up with Ryuji in the process, who is a particularly hard to find member of the Fortnite characters roster. If you want some help with locating this roaming reptile, then here are all of The Great Turtle locations in Fortnite.

Where to find The Great Turtle in Fortnite

Rather than appearing at a fixed point, there are a total of six possible Fortnite Great Turtle locations where it can spawn, which I've marked on the map above and one of them will be picked at random for each match you play. While you can't predict in advance which one will be used, you should be able to scan these locations from the Battle Bus to track it down – from above the giant turtle will look like a large green island with trees sprouting on it. When you reach it, you'll complete the first of the attached Story Fortnite quests then be challenged to help Ryuji free The Great Turtle of Dark Magic Thorns.

How to clear The Great Turtle's shell of Dark Magic Thorns in Fortnite

Fortnite Giant Turtle Dark Magic Thorns

To clear The Great Turtle's shell of Dark Magic Thorns in Fortnite, there are five glowing red splinters of wood poking out that you need to destroy. Naturally, the easiest way to do this is hit them with your pickaxe, though any other form of attack that breaks them will get the job done. Once all five thorns are removed, you can then report to Ryuji on the giant turtle's back and claim your rewards by opening his rare treasure chest.

<![CDATA[ FC 25 NumeroFUT guide and full cards list ]]> FC 25 NumeroFUT is all about shirt numbers. The first EA FC 25 promo of 2025 offers up cool card illustrations featuring the backs of players’ strips, with Robert Lewandowski and Rafael Leao among those to receive freshly boosted items. There’s also a tasty new Evolution called Remember Klaiber, which doesn’t have anything to do with squad numbers but is also worth completing over the next fortnight. Scroll on for full details of that, along with the full FC 25 NumeroFUT cards list.

What is the FC 25 NumeroFUT promo?

FC 25

FC 25 NumeroFUT is the first major promo of 2025, and is focussed on the backs of players’ shirts. Specifically, their squad numbers: every player featured gets a stats boost, and cool new card design photographed from the rear. Rafael Leao (CAM, AC Milan, 92) and Robert Lewandowski (ST, Barcelona, 92) are among the first batch of cards to find in packs, and you can also unlock some for free using the FC 25 Season 4 Ladder Players list. Marco Asensio (RW, Paris SG, 87), Lukas Klostermann (CB, RB Leipzig, 88) and Geyse (ST, Manchester United, 89) are all acquirable in this manner.

Who is in FC 25 NumeroFUT Team 1?

FC 25

FC 25 NumeroFUT Team 1 arrived on Friday, January 3, with some big shoes to fill: the promo directly followed the supermassive FC 25 Winter Wildcards campaign. Thankfully it delivered some OP cards to match its predecessor. Along with Leao and Lewandowski, we got a towering new item for Brighton captain Lewis Dunk (CB, 90) and rapid stats boost to 94 for Chelsea’s Pedro Neto (RW, 89). Standout women’s players include Mapi Leon (CB, Barcelona, 90) and Jill Roord (CAM, Manchester City, 90). You can see all these items on the full FC 25 NumeroFUT cards list at the foot of this guide.

What is the FC 25 NumeroFUT Team 2 release date?

FC 25

There is no FC 25 NumeroFUT Team 2 release date. Team 1 is in packs for 11 days in total, until Tuesday, January 14. EA is committed to supplementing that initial selection of cards with NumeroFUT-themed objectives rewards and SBCs (Squad Building Challenges). The initial objectives rewards player is Rayan Ait-Nouri (LB, Wolves, 87), while the first SBC set is for that Pedro Neto card mentioned above. As of Monday, January 13, it costs around 208,000 coins to complete.

Is there an FC 25 NumeroFUT Evolution?

FC 25

Yes and no. A new Evolution dropped to tie in with the NumeroFUT promo, but it isn’t specifically themed around Squad Numbers. Instead, the Remember Klaiber Evolution is a throwback to FIFA 21, when Danish full back Sean Klaiber earned a monster 86-rated Showdown card. Below are the full set of upgrades on offer, and Challenge requirements. If you need gameplay help towards unlocking them, leap into our FC 25 tips and FC 25 meta guides.

<![CDATA[ The best FC 25 badges and how much they cost ]]> The FC 25 best badges list focuses on bragging rights. The EA FC 25 community loves to showboat, and owning one of the most popular crests is all part of that one-upmanship. This guide therefore showcases the most popular logos going, some of which will surprise you – unearth Peterborough United’s badge in a bronze pack and you’re guaranteed a profit of 4,000 coins or more. Stay up to speed on the most-wanted emblems with GR’s FC 25 best badges guide.

Inter Miami

FC 25

League: MLS (MLS)
Card type: Gold common
Cost: 650 coins

Inter Miami were only formed in 2018, but their club crest is already widely considered one of the coolest in football. You can mostly pin that down to two reasons: David Beckham, and Lionel Messi. Co-owner Beckham was integral in them joining the MLS, while Messi is their highest profile signing – and best-rated player in Ultimate Team, by some distance. It’s therefore natural that their crest is one of FC 25’s most popular.

Peterborough United

FC 25

League: EFL League One (ENG 3)
Card type: Bronze rare
Cost: 4,000 coins

Sometimes the FIFA and FC series throws up some truly bizarre anomalies. The community love for Peterborough United’s badge this year is a perfect example. It’s an unassuming blue and white crest, featuring two winged ermine lions, that the club has used since 2008. Neat, tidy, but hardly a design masterpiece. Yet, as this season has progressed, it’s become of the hardest to find logos in the game. Pack one then sell it, and you’re looking at 4,000 coins on the transfer market.

Real Madrid

FC 25

League: La Liga EA Sports (ESP 1)
Card type: Gold rare
Cost: 1,000 coins

Fans of football, please bow down to the most successful badge in the history of the sport. We’ve shied away from using many of the world’s biggest clubs here, but even the most ardent of Madrid haters has to accept that this badge is iconic. It’s been front and centre of 15 Champions League and European Cup wins, 36 victorious La Liga campaigns, and worn by all-time greats such as Zinedine Zidane, Ferenc Puskas, and Cristiano Ronaldo, too.

Hearts

FC 25

League: Scottish Prem (SPFL)
Card type: Silver rare
Cost: 550 coins

The humble Heart Of Midlothian badge brings back beautiful childhood memories for many veteran FC players. (Yes, even those in their 40s and 50s still indulge in digital football from time to time). It’s all tied to classic Panini collections, where badges were placed on shiny silver stickers. Something about the Hearts colour scheme really made it stand out in that format, which explains why it’s still chased down in FC 25 – and can shift for upwards of 1,000 coins.

San Diego Wave

FC 25

League: NWSL (USA 1)
Card type: Gold rare
Cost: 600 coins

Having bigged up San Diego Wave’s eye-catching pink unis in our FC 25 best kits guide, we have to recommend you pair them with this equally amenable club crest. It’s not often a football badge can immediately whisk you away from a dreary wet Wednesday in Lincoln (sorry, Lincoln) to a Pacific sunset, but Wave’s pink, orange and blue creation does exactly that. Unlike some badges on this list, is also cheap and easy to find on the transfer market. Pick it up, then ready some FC 25 celebrations.

AIK

FC 25

League: Allsvenskan (SWE 1)
Card type: Silver common
Cost: 3,200 coins

12-time Swedish champions AIK Solna have one of the most unique kit combos in football, deploying various combinations of yellow, black and white across their illustrious history. That’s led to them being considered masters of style, and their badge lives up to that same billing. It was designed by a fan contest in 1898, with its towers representing tradition, the sash across the shield demonstrating strength, and the ‘Invincible Sun’ in the upper crest depicting glory.

Lech Poznań

FC 25

League: PKO BP Ekstraklasa (POL 1)
Card type: Silver rare
Cost: 4,500 coins

Ever wondered what commentators mean when they describe Manchester City fans as ‘doing the Poznan’? It’s a celebration where supporters turn their backs on the match, link shoulders, and jump up and down – and it was made famous by Polish side Lech Poznan, who’ve been doing it since 1961. Love for the club has spread way beyond its home country as a result, and inspired numerous FIFA and FC players to adopt their badge in the series.

Red Star

FC 25

League: Ligue 2 BKT (FRA 2)
Card type: Bronze rare
Cost: 5,000 coins

In so far as ‘badges that do what they say on the tin’ go, this one absolutely nails that brief. The club is called Red Star, and the crest is… well, it’s not a blue moon, is it? The club is mired in mediocrity these days, but historically is one France’s most celebrated, having been formed by Jules Rimet – the man who the original World Cup trophy was named after. Red Star are still hugely respected in their home nation, and so this badge often goes extinct on the transfer market.

FC St Pauli

FC 25

League: Bundesliga (GER 1)
Card type: Silver rare
Cost: 2,200 coins

Much like Lech Poznan, St Pauli’s reputation as home to some of the most passionate fans in football sees their kits and badge fetch big prices in FUT year after year after year. This silver item is the rarest in the Bundesliga, and therefore a real find. Need gameplay help now, to help you rack up the coins required to buy all these stellar crests? It follows on from FC 25 Globetrotters, and delivers a monster stack of new items across the end of the old year, and beginning of the new one. Some players are granted cards in two different positions. For instance, Erling Haaland can be grabbed in his traditional ST slot – or, fascinatingly, as a CB. Icons, Heroes, and contemporary players are all included.

<![CDATA[ How to get Winter Celebration rewards in Marvel Rivals ]]> The Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration features several Jeff the Land Shark-themed rewards as well as a unique mode dedicated to the critter. To get the exclusive Cuddly Fuzzlefin costume for Jeff and other cosmetics, you need to hit particular point thresholds. Although, earning points isn't simple as you need to complete missions that award Frost first. It's a classic, needlessly complicated limited-time event, so to help you make sense of it all, I've explained everything you need to know about the Winter Celebration Event in Marvel Rivals and the rewards on offer.

Be aware that this Winter Celebration event ends on January 9, 2025, at 4PM UTC – that's 8AM PST / 11AM EST / 4PM GMT.

How to unlock Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration event rewards

Getting the free rewards in the Winter Celebration event in Marvel Rivals is a bit confusing but it revolves around Jeff's Winter Splash Festival, a limited-time mode available in Marvel Rivals for the entire event, and completing event challenges. Here's how a step-by-step breakdown:

  1. Play matches of Jeff's Winter Splash festival. This mode sees two teams of four Jeffs competing to cover the arena in snow using their abilities. The team with the greatest percentage of the map covered in snow at the end of the three-minute timer wins. Be aware that Jeff's abilities work differently in this mode and all deal damage and spread snow on the ground – the main way to heal is by standing on your team's snow!
  2. Complete Winter Celebration event challenges by winning matches and defeating enemy Jeffs in this mode. Some challenges award Golden Frost and others award Silver Frost. Challenges are also time-gated, so check them out under the Winter Celebration Event section of the Missions menu to see your progress and when you'll unlock more.

  1. Open the Winter Celebration event menu and click on any of the decorations on the card to open the Decorate menu.
  2. Choose one of the card decorations (the tree, giftbox, snowman, ribbon, or festival stage) and spend two Golden Frosts to upgrade it and earn 100 Wintery Atmosphere points.
  3. Go back to the event menu, click the present box icon, and claim any rewards you've unlocked having earned enough Wintry Atmosphere.

  1. Go back to the event menu, click the present box icon, and claim any rewards you've unlocked having earned enough Wintry Atmosphere.

Repeat the above steps until you've upgraded all five decorations, getting you 500 Wintery Atmosphere in total. This is enough to get all five of the free Jeff the Land Shark rewards in this Marvel Rivals event, as I've explained further below!

Additionally, you can spend any Silver Frost you earn via event challenges on different styles for the various card decorations. This doesn't help you get any rewards but it helps you craft a bespoke Event Memento – a Winter Celebration Card. From midnight UTC (4PM PST / 7PM EST / Midnight GMT) on January 1, 2025, you can create your custom card to keep and remember the event with.

There are five free rewards in the Winter Celebration event, all of which are for Jeff the Land Shark – sadly no other Marvel Rivals characters have any free rewards to chase. If you've got Units or Lattice to spare, there are also a few Winter Celebration cosmetic bundles on offer – one for Rocker Raccoon and one for Groot.

Here are all the Winter Celebration rewards and items you can get:

  • Free Jeff the Land Shark event rewards:
    • Cuddly Fuzzlefin spray = Earn 100 Wintery Atmosphere in total
    • All-You-Can-Eat emote = Earn 200 Wintery Atmosphere in total
    • Cuddly Fuzzlefin nameplate = Earn 300 Wintery Atmosphere in total
    • How Ice Sculpting Works MVP intro = Earn 400 Wintery Atmosphere in total
    • Cuddly Fuzzlefin costume = Earn 500 Wintery Atmosphere in total
  • Rocket Raccoon Wild Winter Bundle = 1600 Units: Unlocks the Wild Winter costume, nameplate, and spray, as well as the Gift of Surprise MVP intro and Winter Confetti emote, all for Rocket Raccoon.
    • You can also buy just the Wild Winter costume for 1400 Units.
  • Groot Holiday Happiness Bundle = 1600 Units: Unlocks the Holiday Happiness costume, nameplate, and spray, along with the Unplanned Stumbles MVP intro and Say Cheese! emote, all for Groot.
    • You can also buy just the Holiday Happiness costume for 1400 Units.
  • Best Winter Buds Bundle = 2300 Units: Both bundles above at a discounted price

If you're not interested in Jeff the Land Shark, why not try climbing the Marvel Rivals competitive ranks for exclusive ranked rewards.

<![CDATA[ How to solve the Great Game in Indiana Jones ]]> The Indiana Jones Great Game puzzle is a large version of the game you played after first entering the secret Sukhothai pyramid. Except this is played with people rather than pieces in the Great Circle. It's exactly the same process - place pegs (people) to rotate the pieces to face a certain direction. But the speed people move, and scale of it all, can make things confusing. If you're struggling, here's how to solve the Great Game in Indiana Jones

Indiana Jones Great Game solution

Indiana Jones Great Game solution

This is the solution to the Great Game puzzle in Indiana Jones as marked in Indy's own Journal.

The diagram is orientated as if you were standing at the back of the room facing the giant statue that eventually moves when you solve the puzzle. The dark circles are the hook-nosed pieces that rotate, while the empty circles are the spots you need to direct people to stand on.

Once you get everyone in position and the pieces with a nose all face the giant statue, it will move aside and you'll be able to explore further into the structure.

However, it's worth noting that there might be some variations to the solution as this is the configuration I had that seemed to open the door, with one spot, second from the right, in a different place:

Indiana Jones Great Game solution 2

I had a similar situation in the Indiana Jones game room puzzle where you first encounter this game - the solution I got is very slightly different to what Indy noted in his journal.

If you're having trouble with either solution, try to be patient as the pressure pads on the floor, and the people you direct around, are slow to move. Wait for things to settle to see what the result is before you do anything else. Also watch where you go as you try to position things, as you can also trigger the pressure pads and, if you don't realise you've done that, you might think something is moving because of what one of the other people is doing in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

See what else you can crack a whip at with the best adventure games.

<![CDATA[ How to find and complete Ancient Vows in Path of Exile 2 ]]> The Path of Exile 2 Ancient Vows quest in Act 2 is a quite a tricky one to understand thanks to some less-than-clear instructions from the game. It has some excellent rewards and you’re bound to find some awesome loot as you progress along it.

In this guide, we’ll show you what you need to do to complete this quest and claim your reward, adding another feather to your character’s cap.

How to Get the Ancient Vows Quest in Path of Exile 2

How to Get the Ancient Vows Quest in Path of Exile 2

There is no quest giver for Ancient Vows in Path of Exile 2. Instead, you’ll need to start either “The City of Seven Waters” or “A Theft of Ivory”, heading to Keth or the Bone Pits, beyond the Mastodon Badlands, respectively. You can also get the quest by exploring the Valley of the Titans, a key area for the quest.

While you’re in Keth, you can find the Kabala Clan Relic. In the Bone Pits, you may find the Sun Clan Relic. You’ll need both to complete the quest, so it is up to you which you try to find first.

Ancient Vows involves finding Clan Relics

Path of Exile 2 ancient vows

For this guide, we’re going to head to Keth first. Make your way through the area as you normally would. The Kabala Clan Relic, despite its importance, doesn’t drop from a boss: it drops from standard mobs. You may need to scour the map to find the one enemy that will drop the item, but eventually, one will. Looking at the relic in your inventory, note that the description says “notches in the side await a connection”. That’s your cue to find its counterpart.

To find the Sun Clan Relic, go to the Mastodon Badlands and fight your way through the area. The Relic doesn’t drop here – it drops in the adjoining Bone Pits, so once you’ve fought your way through enough skeletons to fill the world’s anatomy schools several times over and found the path, go straight through.

In the Bone Pits, follow the same routine as you did in Keth. Fight everything that you come across – eventually, a standard enemy will drop the Sun Clan Relic.

Now that you have both Clan Relics, it’s time to go to yet another location. This time, you’re headed for the Valley of the Titans. Here, explore until you find the area’s waypoint, fighting off goliath skeletons, giant bugs, and liches all the while.

Once you’ve found the waypoint, you’re seconds away from finishing the quest. Somewhere near the waypoint, you will find an altar with space for the Two Relics. Insert the relics and you’ve completed the quest!

Ancient Vows Rewards in Path of Exile 2

The rewards for completing Ancient Vows are well worth getting, whatever your Path of Exile 2 classes or whether you are a completionist or not. You will get two permanent buffs, but take note that only one can be active at any time.

The buffs are:

  • 30% Increased Charm Charges
  • 15% Mana Recovery from Flasks

Anytime that you want to change the buff, you’ll just need to teleport back to the Valley of the Titans waypoint and click on the respective relic. As you’re in Act 2, it’s also time to pick your ascendency and further specialise your character. We’ve got a guide for that, too, so you can pick the best Path of Exile 2 ascendency class for your character.

<![CDATA[ Everything in the Helldivers 2 Killzone crossover ]]> The Helldivers 2 Killzone crossover includes two free guns, a free armor set, and several premium cosmetics and other items. All this gear is taken straight from the villainous Helghast faction seen in the Killzone game series, including their weaponry and highly recognizable assault infantry gear. You can buy some of these items with Super Credits via the Superstore, but no Helldiver will ever turn down free guns, so here's everything you need to know about the Killzone collaboration in Helldivers 2.

All Helldivers 2 Killzone items and how to get them

Helldivers 2 Killzone crossover free accelerator rifle and smg in weaponry menu

The Helldivers 2 Killzone collab includes 12 unique items, including two armor sets and three guns. Developer Arrowhead Studios has changed how these Helldivers 2 items are being distributed, however, with all players being awarded the following Killzone crossover items for free – as such, you should be notified that they have been unlocked upon logging in:

  • StA-11 SMG: A high capacity, high fire rate sub-machine gun used by the Helghast in various Killzone titles.
  • PLAS-39 Accelerator Rifle: A sniper weapon that must be charged up to fire powerful and precise bursts, just as it appears in Killzone: Mercenary.
  • AC-2 Obedient Helmet: Helmet reminiscent of Helghast snipers.
  • AC-2 Obedient Armor: Light armor that comes with the Acclimated passive, granting 50% damage resistance to fire, gas, acid, and electricity.
  • Defender Of Our Dream Cape
  • Defender Of Our Dream Player Card

Helldivers 2 Killzone 2 items in superstore

Six other items are available in the Superstore only and must be paid for with your hard-earned Helldivers 2 Super Credits. Additionally, they're only available until December 28, 2024. On this date, the superstore's stock will rotate like usual and will become unavailable, although Arrowhead has said they will be looking for a way to bring them back permanently. Here's what you can buy and for how much:

  • StA-52 Assault Rifle = 615 Super Credits
    • A high capacity, high fire rate assault rifle used by Helghast soldiers in Killzone.
  • AC-1 Dutiful Helmet = 310 Super Credits
    • Helmet reminiscent of the standard Helghast assault infantry.
  • AC-1 Dutiful Armor = 500 Super Credits
    • Medium armor that comes with the Acclimated passive, granting 50% damage resistance to fire, gas, acid, and electricity.
  • Strength In Our Arms Cape = 310 Super Credits
  • Strength in Our Arms Player Card = 90 Super Credits
  • Assault Infantry Title = 150 Super Credits

As well as these free and premium Helldivers 2 Killzone crossover items, Arrowhead Studios has also teased that there is an additional themed reward for all Helldivers that be given out based on success in the Galactic War. That's very vague in all regards, so it's best to knuckle down and get on with those Major Orders if you want extra rewards!

Are the Helldivers 2 Killzone items worth it?

Helldivers 2 helldiver firing Killzone crossover smg at illuminate

Unless you're a massive Killzone fan or have mountains of Super Credits to spend, I think you can safely skip buying the premium Killzone items in Helldivers 2 as they're very pricey for what they are – buying everything here costs almost as much as two entire Warbonds at 1975 Super Credits, and that's without factoring in the 300SC you could unlock per warbond.

In my opinion, the free SMG and sniper rifle are more interesting than the StA-52 assault rifle, which feels marginally better than the default Liberator and is similar to its carbine variant available in the Helldivers 2 Viper Commandos Warbond. Furthermore, the AC-2 Obedient armor set offers the same passive perk as the premium AC-1 Dutiful set, while also being light armor – some players may find this a lot more desirable when looking for the best Helldivers 2 armor!

<![CDATA[ Indiana Jones Khmer vault and rotating rings solution ]]> The Indiana Jones Khmer vault uses keys to access a burial chamber via rotating pedestals. Specifically circle, cross and circle, and cross and diamond keys that control these rotating pillars to open doors and progress you through the vault.

Accessed as part of the A Study In Fear mission to 'Investigate the Explosion' that you get from Pailin, this is a lengthy quest to complete with some of the more complicated puzzles to work out in the game. They use a concept that isn't really repeated anywhere else, unlike the Indiana Jones game room puzzle or the Great Circle cog wheel puzzle, both of which establish mechanics you'll see again.

Unlock the symbol pedestal with the circle key in Indiana Jones

Unlock the symbol pedestal with the circle key in Indiana Jones

Once you have the mission from Pailin to Investigate the Explosion you'll discover an explosion site at the marker you're directed to. That leads to the Khmer Secret Vault and, one booby trap later, you'll meet Annika Lund, a former student now archeologist who'll give you the first Circle key.

Using the Circle key on the pedestal nearby will introduce how it works. The pedestal has a series of concentric rotating rings marked with symbols that don't line up.

Indiana Jones Khmer vault puzzle

Putting the Circle key in will freeze the circle ring so that the others turn around it - yanking the key out as the circle layer lines up with all the other symbols locks it in place and opens the door ahead into the temple.

How to unlock the second Khmer Vault pedestal in Indiana Jones

How to unlock the second Khmer Vault pedestal in Indiana Jones

Once inside the temple, you'll have to explore for a while and stop some cogs to proceed. Eventually you'll find a second pedestal and a new Cross and Circle key.

Use your whip yank to start the water flowing from the recessed nook the pipe in the floor leads to, and you'll start the second pedestal turning. You'll now need to use both the circle key and the Cross and Circle key to align the symbols. Here's how to do that:

  1. Use the Circle/Cross key first to stop those symbols and leave the diamond spinning. Remove it when the cross and diamond line up.
  2. With those two symbols aligned use the Circle key to lock that layer in place and wait until it lines up with the now aligned Cross and Diamond. Yank the key out the moment all three symbols align and you'll open the door.

Indiana Jones Burial Chamber puzzle solutions

With the second pedestal solved, you'll open the way to find the Demon's Tomb. After dealing with some spike and water traps you'll discover the first tomb was a decoy designed to kill intruders and set out to find the 'real' Demon's Tomb. After some more exploring and climbing you'll eventually reach the Burial Chamber.

Indiana Jones Burial Chamber puzzle solutions

Here you'll need to do two things before you can solve the third pedestal puzzle. Firstly, you'll need to whip yank the closed water pipe on the right of the large stone Demon's Head to get the water flowing. You'll also need to climb up to the bird's nest Annika points out to get the final key, a Cross and Diamond key.

Indiana Jones Khmer vault birds nest

You'll now have a Circle key, a Circle and Cross key, and the new Cross and Diamond key. As before, each one will stop the corresponding symbols from rotating

  • The Cross and Diamond key will stop the inner two rings
  • The Cross and Circle key will stop the first and third rings
  • The Circle key will only stop the third ring

That leaves the forth ring, a line, rotating whatever key you use.

These last three pedestals can be solved using a similar pattern with all three keys to line up all the symbols. To solve each pedestal in Indiana Jones do the following:

  1. Use the Circle and Cross key to line up the first and second ring
  2. Use the Diamond and Cross key to line up the aligned first and second rings with the forth ring
  3. Use the Circle key to line the third ring up with the aligned first, second and forth rings.

You'll start with water flowing to one pedestal and it's redirected by solving each pedestal in turn. So it's simply a matter now of finding the moving puzzle, solving it with the above method, and then moving on to the next one that starts moving.

Each time you solve a pedestal, one of the head carvings will move away from the central column. When they're all gone you can place each key in turn into its respective slot, exposed by the head carvings, which will then reveal a lever you can pull. This will open up the giant stone demon head and complete the puzzle.

Keep the action going once Indy's done with the best adventure games.

<![CDATA[ When is Mufasa on Disney Plus? A look ahead to The Lion King prequel's potential streaming release date ]]> Like with all Disney movies, you're probably being hounded by your younger family members as to exactly when you can watch Mufasa: The Lion King on Disney Plus after its cinema release. Heck, you might be curious yourself about The Lion King prequel's streaming plans.

While we expect something more official to roar into view in the next weeks and months, there are plenty of historical trends that can help guide us to when Mufasa should drop on Disney Plus. Below, we'll blend those in with our own estimations to bring you a probable streaming release date.

When is Mufasa on Disney Plus? A potential streaming release date

Mufasa: The Lion King

Two recent major Disney-centric releases give us a very good idea of when Mufasa: The Lion King is coming to Disney Plus.

The first, Inside Out 2, debuted in cinemas on June 14 and hit Disney Plus on September 25, a total of 103 days later.

Deadpool and Wolverine – one of Disney and Marvel's biggest hits in 2024 – premiered in cinemas in July and arrived on Disney's streaming service on November 12. That was a 109-day gap.

Mufasa, though, may not hit the billion-dollar highs of its peers. In that instance, releases typically come to Disney Plus after 90 days, give or take – with extremely successful movies given an extra week or two thanks to their long legs at the box office.

If that's the case again, expect Mufasa: The Lion King to hit Disney Plus in late March 2025. There's a small possibility it could stretch until April if it hits the 100-day-plus mark, but we expect it to drop within that calendar month given early box office projections.

For more, check out our guide to new Disney movies and our interview with director Barry Jenkins on how he chose to pay tribute to James Earl Jones in The Lion King prequel. Then dive into our verdict in the Mufasa: The Lion King review.

<![CDATA[ How to solve the Indiana Jones game room puzzle ]]> The Indiana Jones game room puzzle is the first challenge you'll find once you get inside the hidden pyramid in Sukhothai. It's a board game where placing large pegs on a board will move L-shaped pieces to face different directions and open a couple of doors, giving Indy what he needs to find the next stone. It's not particularly well explained though and, if I'm honest, all I can really do is show you the solution without entirely understanding how I got it.

Indiana Jones game room puzzle solution

You'll reach the Game Room puzzle in Indiana Jones shortly after clearing the Indiana Jones cog wheel puzzle in Sukhothai that lets Indy and Gina inside the hidden pyramid.

When you enter the game room, you'll find a strange board in the center with hooked pieces that look like they have noses, and some pegs that make them turn to face different directions when you place them in the board. There are also two more pegs in an alcove to the left, and a patch of wall to the right you can clean to reveal the message "the game reveals the secret" in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

If you take the two extra pegs and add them to the board to recreate this pattern you'll open another panel on the right by the message on the wall.

Indiana Jones game room puzzle first solution

This will give you three more pegs you can add to the board. You now want to get the nose shaped pieces facing the statue directly ahead of the entrance you came in through. To do that take all the pieces you have and place them in these positions:

Indiana Jones game room puzzle second solution

This will make all the noses face the statue which will then move away to reveal a message hidden behind it. Look at the message and take a picture of it to complete the game room puzzle in Indiana Jones and move onto the next stage of the adventure.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals mouse acceleration explained and what it does ]]> Mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals has been a topic of growing debate, especially whether you should turn it off or not. With many certain the game has it on by default, and that it could be affecting player’s aim, there's a lot of discussion about the pros and risks of turning mouse acceleration off in Marvel Rivals.

It’s not clear to what extent it's having an effect, if any, on whatever Marvel Rivals characters you're playing, but thanks to very popular TikToks and Reddit posts, it's a point of concern among players. So what is Marvel Rivals mouse acceleration, how do you do turn it off, and most importantly, can you get banned for doing so? Here’s what you need to know.

What does Marvel Rivals mouse acceleration do

What does mouse acceleration do in Marvel Rivals

Mouse acceleration has been a quality of life function on Windows for years. It’s normal for desktop usage but not gaming. The idea is that your sensitivity changes based on how fast you move your mouse. So, if you move slowly, you'll reach shorter distances with your cursor, where as, if you whip it quickly, it will go further. This gives more precision with your mouse theoretically when in daily use.

However, this has an adverse effect in gaming. Because of the variable speeds of the mouse movement, it makes aim with your Marvel Rivals crosshairs less consistent. The effect is not generally massive, but it can sometimes be the difference between a shot being hit or missed, especially if you’ve had to aim quickly.

How to get rid of mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals

How to get rid of mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals

The broad strokes of how players are altering Marvel Rivals mouse acceleration settings involves opening up an .ini file for the game and changing a line of very basic code. This .ini file acts as a version of your game settings settings that you're not meant to really play with and changing it supposedly activates a hidden setting not available in game, to turn off both mouse acceleration and view acceleration.

The method is relatively simple if you want to look it up, however, I'm not facilitating or recommending it for the reason outlined below.

While there are many popular posts about how to turn off mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals, it does come with some risk. Since you are editing game files, there’s a possibility NetEase could see it as an unfair advantage.

The first semi-official word urged players to lean on the side of caution when Mod THATDONFC replied to a player asking in Marvel Rivals discord if you could get banned for using the script: “I can’t confirm this for you, I’m sorry. I would err on the side of caution and assume it is bannable.”

However, NetEase has now more explicitly commented mouse acceleration, saying "at this time, we kindly advise against modifying game files in Marvel Rivals, as it may lead to unexpected issues "

So, basically don't, is the official word, even if there isn't any mention of bans. However, there is one thing you can do to turn off mouse acceleration, and it is 100% safe on your end.

The safe way to disable mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals

The safe way to disable mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals

While altering game files is a risk you can disable mouse acceleration through Windows itself. This is a relatively simple process. To do so, just follow these steps:

  1. In your search bar, type ‘Mouse’, and select ‘Mouse Settings’.
  2. In this window, scroll down to ‘Related Settings’, and select ‘Additional Mouse Settings’.
  3. In the new window hit the Pointer Options tab.
  4. Here, untick ‘Enhanced pointer precision’.
  5. Select apply.

This disables mouse acceleration across your PC, so it shouldn’t be active in any game. Whether there is ingrained mouse acceleration in Marvel Rivals, or if this is all just a placebo effect isn’t clear - and we likely won’t know until NetEase talk about it directly.

<![CDATA[ How to fix gear trains for the Indiana Jones Khmer cogwheel puzzle ]]> To solve the Indiana Jones cogwheel puzzles as part of the Blessed Pearl quest, you must add cogs to two gear trains that can open a hidden gate. The puzzle is complicated by the gears and cogs scattered all around, and you have to precisely place them to get everything moving, though it's not always clear. Especially since you don't have enough cogs to fix both sides at once, so you need to fix one and then cannibalise it for parts to repair the other.

Where to find all the Khmer cogs for the gate puzzle in Indiana Jones

There are four Khmer cogwheels in the main chamber to use - two small and two large. There's also another small cog behind the Left Gear Train on a small ledge I've highlighted above. You should find it when you investigate the need for water as it's on the platform you need to reach to whip yank the pipe open to start the water flow.

That gives you a grand total of three small cogs and two large ones for this Indiana Jones and the Great Circle conundrum.

Just remember to get the water flowing over the wheel behind the Left Gear Train or you won't be able solve that puzzle when the time comes.

Indiana Jones Khmer cogwheel puzzle right gear train

Above is the solution for the Right Gear Chain in Indiana Jones. You need all three small cogs and one large one to connect the central cog to the one on the right. When you have it all placed correctly, pulling the lever will make the two monster statues drop into the floor. Once that's happened the puzzle is solved and you can take the cogs off to use on the left hand side.

This is the solution for the Left Gear Train in Indiana Jones. You'll need all the cogs you've found - two large and three small - to complete this one and connect the central cog with the destination cog on the left hand side. Again, when you get it right the two monster statues will sink into the floor to let you know it has been completed. If you haven't done the right hand side at this point you can now strip the cogs to use them there.

How to open the hidden gate in Indiana Jones

Once both the gear trains have been solved and the cog mechanisms have done their job all that's left to do it turn the wheel that is highlighted. That will open the hidden gate, letting Indy and Gina carry on and see what's on the other side.

<![CDATA[ How to get the Indiana Jones A Game of Wits Mak-Yek board game safe code ]]> The Indiana Jones Game of Wits safe code puzzle involves learning the Mak-Yek board game to complete Lorenzo’s challenge. This version of checkers or draughts gets you a four-digit code once completed and, while it has some simple rules, putting them into action to get the combination complicates things. Especially since you can’t move the pieces yourself to test possible solutions. Although don’t give up on getting into this safe in Voss’ base as it contains a lot of cash that you’ll almost certainly need, so I’ve explained how you get the safe code for the Mak-Yek board game puzzle below.

It's also a good idea to grab the Indiana Jones Royal Army uniform while you’re in Voss’ base as this’ll make sneaking around much easier.

Indiana Jones A Game of Wits safe code explained

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle A Game of Wits Lorenzo's Challenge on a letter

Lorenzo’s challenge, which kicks off the A Game of Wits mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, tasks you with capturing all the red tokens by moving four different blue tokens only once each.

The rules sheet next to the board explains that pieces can move horizontally or vertically any distance until they hit a board edge or another piece. Additionally, enemy pieces are captured when they are surrounded on opposite sides by your pieces or you fill a one-square gap between two enemy pieces. The other key thing to bear in mind, which isn’t explicitly stated, is that captured pieces are removed from the board. That means you must imagine the red tokens disappear when captured, freeing up nearby blue tokens, which is crucial to getting the order of the code numbers correct.

With all that in mind, you can imagine moving the blue tokens as above and looking at their final positions against the row numbers on the sides of the board to get the A Game of Wits safe code 3186 in Indiana Jones.

  1. F1 moves up to F3, capturing E3 and G3 = 3
  2. H1 moves left to D1, capturing C1 = 1
  3. B1 moves up to B8, capturing A8, C8, D8, and E8 = 8
  4. F8 moves down to F6, capturing F5 and F4 = 6

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle A Game of Wits unlocked safe full of money

Now you can enter that code into the safe almost directly behind the Mak-Yek board to complete A Game of Wits and bag 250 Adventure Points. More importantly, you’ll also get 195 baht, which goes nicely towards buying the rebreather if you’re yet to get that. While you’re skulking around Voss’ base, it’s a good idea to look out for the Indiana Jones Serpent’s Chest too.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle features a great variety of puzzles to solve across all the destinations and between action set pieces, which makes it one of the best adventure games you can play right now.

<![CDATA[ Where to find the Fast Recon Vehicle in Helldivers 2 ]]> The new Helldivers 2 fast recon vehicle or FRV is a new jeep to help deal with the Illuminate now they've invaded the galaxy. The jeep in Helldivers 2 is an effective tool to move around the map quickly, so you can complete your objectives much faster than usual.

If you’re looking for a vehicle to grab or just want to know more about how to control the FRV in Helldivers 2, here’s exactly where you can find one, and how to drive it.

Helldivers 2 Fast Recon Vehicle explained

Helldivers 2 fast recon vehicle

The Helldivers 2 Fast Recon Vehicle, or Jeep as players are calling it, was added in the 01.002.001 patch. It’s a car with enough spaces to fit your four player team, and also holds a mounted machine gun to fend off the Helldivers 2 Illuminate hordes that will try to overwhelm you.

Similar to Helldivers 2 Exosuits when they first launched, the FRV is currently only found on the field and is not available as a Stratagem.

Where to find the Fast Recon Vehicle in Helldivers 2

Helldivers 2 fast recon vehicle

You can find the Helldivers 2 Fast Recon Vehicle, or Jeep as players are calling it, on any planet with urban colonies added in the Omens of Tyranny update. This is currently restricted to Calypso which is located in the Illuminates section of the galaxy. However, it’s possible more urban districts may be available in Terminid and Automaton-invaded planets at a later date.

The FRV location will appear on the map as a little car icon, as seen above. However, they have also been known to appear without the icon present, so be sure to keep an eye out when exploring during Illuminate missions. Be sure to also keep in mind that the Fast Recon Vehicle will usually spawn in a city, so drop near an urban centre if you want to find a car near the beginning of a mission.

At the moment, FRVs are not available as part of the Helldivers 2 Stratagems. However, Arrowhead has stated that completing a Major Order in the future will unlock the jeep as a Stratagem to call in during missions. “Keep following the Major Orders issued by Super Earth High Command and you will get the keys to your very own FRV,” the developer writes.

How to drive the Fast Recon Vehicle in Helldivers 2

When you find the FRV, press the interact key against any of the doors or the mounted machine gun to enter that particular seat. In the driver’s seat you can use the Left Stick on controllers to steer, with R2 and L2 for accelerating and braking.

There are also several FRV gearbox modes available to you while driving, with controls featuring five different modes: Reverse, Neutral, Drive, First, Second. Similar to driving a car in real life, you’ll need to manually change these gears as you’re driving to maintain control over the vehicle. You can alternate between by using the L1 and R1 buttons.

Another thing to note is there are now two accessibility options turned on by default: Auto reverse vehicles and Reverse gear inputs throttle. What these basically do is help your manoeuvrability by braking to reverse (similar to how most modern video games handle car controls) and using braking to throttle while reversing. Feel free to turn those off if you prefer a more manual style of input.

Helldivers 2 FRV tips

Helldivers 2 FRV tips

With the basics of Helldivers 2 cars out of the way, here are some tips to be aware of while zooming around during your missions.

  • It’s better with mates. There’s no problem grabbing the car yourself and driving to the next objective, but teams who play together, stay together. Grab the car and pick up your teammates like a good taxi driver to take everyone to the next objective.
  • Get someone on the mounted turret. The machine gun on the back of the FRV packs a serious punch. It’ll not only deal with those pesky Voteless hordes but also make quick work of flying enemies such as the Jetpack Overseers and Watchers. Better yet, the gun rotates by a full 360 degrees so the gunner will have full view of any threat coming at you.
  • You can lean out the window to shoot. Anyone sat in the passenger seats has the ability to lean out the window and shoot at enemy units. With the vehicle moving fast, it can be hard to hit enemies at such speeds, but using a Helldivers 2 weapon such as the Scorcher or Commando will make landing shots easier. Be aware that firing from the passenger seats can still inflict friendly fire, so plan your shots accordingly.
  • The turret has limited ammo. The mounted gun has four belts of ammo to use, and the reload time is pretty slow. Make sure your teammates can cover you from their passenger seats when it’s time to reload. And have a back-up plan in case the gunner runs out of ammo.
  • Don’t take the vehicle off-road. Hills are the FRV’s worst enemy. If you decide to take it outside of the colonies, make sure you keep your speed low to avoid flipping the car. Doing so will damage the vehicle greatly and throw everyone out.
  • Cars will explode with enough damage. The FRV isn’t invulnerable to damage. With enough hits from melee and ranged enemies, it’ll start smoking which is a surefire sign to get out and avoid being killed by the explosion. You should also be aware that tires can be popped too, leaving you with a much harder vehicle to control should you lose any wheels.

<![CDATA[ What is Infinity Nikki Vital Energy and how to get it ]]> Infinity Nikki Vital Energy is one of your key resources in the game, as it's used to carry out various functions when you disappear off into the Warp Spire Realm Challenge. Vital Energy functions as a daily reward currency, as it gradually replenishes over time until you hit the cap – though if you're in a rush then there are other methods to get it without having to wait, if you're willing to pay for it. If you want to find out more, then here are all of the ways to get Vital Energy in Infinity Nikki and an explanation of what it's used for.

How to get Vital Energy in Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki Vital Energy

There are three different ways to get Vital Energy in Infinity Nikki, with the easiest method being to simply wait for it replenish naturally over time. You get one Vital Energy every five minutes and this continues when you're away from the game, so you can just leave it working away in the background to keep your levels stocked for free, up to a cap of 350 in total.

If you're in a rush for Infinity Nikki Vital Energy then you can also trade resources to get more, and doing this will also allow you to exceed the 350 cap. Energy Crystals are collected by levelling up or increasing your Mira Level and Stylist Rank, and each one used will grant 80 Vital Energy. In a pinch you can also spend Diamonds to get more energy, though I don't recommend doing this unless you're really up against it as that currency is better spent elsewhere. You can trade Diamonds for 80 Vital Energy up to six times per day, but the cost increases with multiple purchases in the same day:

  • 1st Vital Energy purchase = 50 Diamonds
  • 2nd Vital Energy purchase = 100 Diamonds (150 total)
  • 3rd Vital Energy purchase = 100 Diamonds (250 total)
  • 4th Vital Energy purchase = 150 Diamonds (400 total)
  • 5th Vital Energy purchase = 200 Diamonds (600 total)
  • 6th Vital Energy purchase = 200 Diamonds (800 total)

Make sure you're regularly checking and redeeming all of the available Infinity Nikki codes, as these promos can provide you with bonus Energy Crystals and Diamonds to trade for Vital Energy through this process.

What is Infinity Nikki Vital Energy used for?

After meeting Tokar for the first time at the Stylist's Guild, he'll unlock the Warp Spire outside that is used to access the Realm Challenge. Interact with it and you can travel to the various Realms, where you'll be able to use Infinity Nikki Vital Energy for different purposes. Initially the Realm of Nourishment will be available, with further Realms unlocking as you progress through the storyline.

Infinity Nikki Vital Energy

In the Realm of Nourishment, you can Escalate the materials you've collected to convert them into resources such as Bling and Thread of Purity. After choosing which resource you want to obtain, you can select each material to see how much of the resource you'll receive from Escalating it, and the cost in Vital Energy for doing so. Line up all of the materials you want to use, then hold the Escalate button to spend the indicated amount of Vital Energy in Infinity Nikki and receive your resources. If you exhaust your supply of Vital Energy, you'll need to wait for it to replenish or follow the steps above to claim more.

<![CDATA[ Everything revealed about the Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island expansion ]]> The Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island expansion has been announced and will be arriving in the game soon, with cards like Mew ex, Aerodactyl ex, Celebi and more, all appearing to bolster the existing card collection that players can already find in PTCGP. Below we've assembled everything we know so far about the Mythical Island expansion and all the special cards coming to Pokemon TCG Pocket soon.

When is the Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island release date?

Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island promo images

The Mythical Island expansion for Pokemon TCG Pocket will go live on 17 December 2024, and at time of writing there's no suggestion that this is one of the limited time Pokemon TCG Pocket Events. That means that until we hear otherwise, it seems as though the Mythical Island set will be part of the game indefinitely, with players able to open packs regularly.

Mythical Island expansion details

Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island promo images

The Mythical Island expansion is a new card set to go alongside the existing Genetic Apex set in Pokemon TCG Pocket. The official announcement states that it will have over 80 new cards, including:

  • Five new "ex" cards (the more powerful Pokemon forms that players gain two points for defeating)
  • Five new Trainer cards
  • New Immersive art cards

The card set itself is themed around primeval Pokemon - a sort of "land that time forgot" aesthetic, which explains the prevalence of the ancient Mew and Aerodactyl in the promotional art and marketing.

The fact that there will be about 80 new cards in the Mythical Island expansion means that we're unlikely to see too much of a shakeup to the game's meta - there's already over 226 individual cards in the Genetic Apex set, not including the various Pokemon TCG Pocket Promo cards, so while we expect to see a lot of change in what decks are being played, it's not likely to be a complete rewrite of the established game.

Best cards in Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island expansion

Pokemon TCG Pocket Mythical Island promo images

The marketing material has already shown many of the cards in the Mythical Island set that will be added to Pokemon TCG Pocket, and some of them look very, very good. Here are some standouts that have been revealed so far that players should consider adding to the Pokemon TCG Pocket best cards list.

  • Mew ex (Psychic): A more powerful version of the existing Pokemon TCG Pocket Mew card, Mew Ex can mimic opponent's attacks and throw them back at them. All those high-power moves just became all the riskier. It's also got a cheap retreat cost and a 1 energy attack, so you can play Mew ex from the beginning.
  • Aerodactyl ex (Fighting): This upgraded Aerodactyl has a passive ability that stops active Pokemon from evolving. It's not a game breaker - most evolution happens on the bench - but it's respectable, especially with a 2 energy/80 damage attack.
  • Vaporeon (Water): It's only visible for a moment, but the Vaporeon card has a "Wash Out" ability that seems to read "As often as you like during your turn, you may take 1 Energy from one of your benched Pokemon and put it on your active Pokemon". A devastating power if true, as it means you could take all the Energy from a nearly-beaten Pokemon and give it to a freshly deployed Articuno or Gyarados.
  • Leaf (Trainer): Reduces the retreat cost of your Pokemon by 2 for one turn. We shouldn't have to explain why this is so good in a game all about selectively controlling your dominant, active Pokemon - it's great battlefield control.

We're sure that there will be more great cards revealed after the release of Mythical Island that make their way into - or even become the foundation of - some of the Pokemon TCG Pocket best decks. We've also seen mention of the card Celebi being in there - but so far it hasn't been revealed what it does, or even if it's very good.

<![CDATA[ Best Path of Exile 2 Ranger Build ]]> My Path of Exile 2 Ranger build makes the best use of an underrated powerhouse that's capable of dishing out huge damage while being nimble enough to escape danger at a moment’s notice. It's all about getting in landing your blows and getting out before the enemy even realise.

This build takes the standard Ranger bow and arrow combo and takes it to the next level, augmenting it with electricity and ice damage. It will easily take you through the first stages of the game, and I'll update the build with the best ascendancy shortly. For now, read on and find out how to make your ranger a top-tier damage dealer among the best Path of Exile 2 classes.

Best Ranger Build in POE 2

Path of exile 2 ranger build

My best Path of Exile 2 Ranger build is all about harnessing elemental effects, specifically lightning and ice damage, as well as accuracy. These attributes combine to make a character who can rush in, deal a lot of damage and then jump out of danger.

A core inspiration for this build comes from Mobalytics’ Fubgun, who put together a superb lightning damage build that's a foundation for my build. Let’s break this Ranger build in POE 2 down into its core components and what you need to look for.

Here's my best POE 2 ranger build:

  • Equipment
    • Weapon: shortbow/Warden Bow, look for buffs that add lightning damage, increase physical damage, increase dexterity, or increase bonuses from your quiver.
    • Quiver: Fire Quivers, which add fire damage to your attacks, are always a good option but look for options that also add physical damage to attacks or restore health upon killing an enemy.
    • Head: Look for helmets, hats or masks that will increase evasion, dexterity and accuracy.
    • Body: As with helmets, body armour that increases dexterity, evasion and accuracy are the order of the day.
    • Bracers/Gloves: On this build, we’ve been running Northpaw Suede Bracers, which add to physical damage output and increase critical damage.
    • Belt: Flask charge and flask recovery buffs.
    • Shoes: Movement speed and dexterity buffs.
    • Amulet: Dexterity/maximum life buffs.
  • Skill Gems:
    • Bow shot
    • Lightning Arrow: Pierce, Chain
    • Lightning Rod: Scattershot
    • Escape Shot: Frost Nexus
    • Stormcaller Arrow
    • Freezing Salvo: Magnified Effect
    • Herald of Thunder: Innervate
    • Wind Dancer
    • Snipe
  • Passive Skills:
    • Focus on the skills that boost projectile damage to start with until you reach Honed Instincts. After that, focus on skills that increase accuracy, stat buffs, and increased quiver bonuses. Some important skills to grab include Eagle Eye, Blur, Vile Wounds, and Master Fletching.

How the best Ranger build works in Path of Exile 2

Path of exile 2 ranger build

The best Ranger 2 build in POE 2 works by combining passive and active lightning skills to heavily damage opponents, while also giving you ice skills that help give you some distance between yourself and various monsters rampaging around Wraeclast. Your normal combat routine will involve throwing down Lightning Rod as your first move to benefit from its fantastic AoE lightning effect, before bombarding enemies with Lightning Arrow.

If you find yourself facing dangerous enemies or any other trouble, hit them with Freezing Salvo to temporarily freeze them in place, before using Lightning Rod and Lightning Arrow for some easy kills. Escape Shot is also tremendous for getting out of trouble which Wind Dancer’s increased evasion will also help with. Herald of Thunder adds extra punch to your attacks by releasing lightning bolts after killing a shocked enemy with attack damage. You won’t have enough spirit to use both Wind Dancer and Herald of Thunder at the moment, but having both allows for easy switching.

Snipe and Stormcaller Arrow are good against bosses, dealing increased critical and lightning damage, but they aren’t the quickest, so you’ll want to wait until a boss is either a decent way away from you or is distracted by another player.

Best Ascendancy Build for the Ranger in Path of Exile 2

Best Ascendancy Build for the Ranger in Path of Exile 2

After you’ve completed the Trial of Sekhemas, you can choose your ascendancy. The Ranger has access to two different ascendancies, Deadeye and Pathfinder.

The Deadeye ascendancy takes a holistic approach to improving your overall ranged combat ability, giving you buffs that improve attack speed, projectile speed, accuracy, and the effectiveness of frenzy charges. The Pathfinder ascendancy, on the other hand, is all about poison damage and the use of flasks, giving you more flask charges, buffs to poison, and the ability to toss grenades of sorts, known as concoctions.

While both of these ascendancies can no doubt offer fertile ground for a fantastic Ranger build, there’s only one that we’re interested in for ours: Deadeye.

Deadeye Passive Skills

To start off with, you’ll get two ascendancy points and can gain four more by completing floor 2 and floor 3 of the Trial of Sekhemas, or completing the Trials of Chaos with different criteria. Your first two points should go down the bottom branch of the ascendancy tree. This branch is all about increased skill speed, plus giving you Tailwind, a fantastic stacking buff that gives you yet more skill speed, movement speed, and evasion.

When you have more ascendancy points, go to the third branch from the bottom, and max out this tree. This will give you increased projectile speed and damage, and, when maxed out, will grant you the passive skill Endless Munitions. This skill makes you fire an extra projectile with each shot, giving you a huge chunk of additional damage.

Skill Gems

The skill gems for this ascendency build are mostly the same as before, but there are a couple of changes.

  • Bow Shot: Lightning Infusion
  • Lightning Arrow: Pierce, Chain
  • Lightning Rod: Scattershot, Magnified Effect
  • Escape Shot: Frost Nexus
  • Stormcaller Arrow
  • Freezing Salvo: Cold Infusion
  • Herald of Thunder
  • Snipe: Wind Wave
  • Sniper’s Mark
  • Wind Dancer

The end goal for this build will be getting the skill gems Rain of Arrows and Magnetic Salvo, with the latter replacing Lightning Arrow. Once you get to this point, your build will be ready to take on the Endgame, dealing ridiculous amounts of lightning damage and being a speed demon that will haunt bosses’ nightmares for years to come. <![CDATA[ Where to find the Indiana Jones Royal Army uniform and key ]]> The Indiana Jones Royal Army Uniform and key is part of the Sukhothai boxing ring mission, called the Jungle Bruiser Pit. It's not too hard to find, although you will have to take a slight detour in the boat to access the path you need to reach it. Get it and not only will you get the Royal Army disguise, but also the Royal Army key, and access to the boxing ring where you can fight opponents for cash and buy a few books.

This is basically the same set up as both the Indiana Jones Blackshirt disguise in the Vatican, and the Indiana Jones Wehrmacht uniform in Gizeh, although this one will require a lot more stealth to acquire than either of those two.

Once you have the boat and can move freely through Sukhothai's waterways, you'll be able to find the Jungle Bruiser boxing ring at the map location above in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (where the white arrow is).

Knocking on the door will get you turned away as you 'don't belong' and start the mission to 'find a disguise'. This will mark the yellow ring you can see in the upper red area on that map. This is Voss' base and, while it looks straightforward to reach, you'll have take a slight detour.

To get the Royal Army Uniform in Indiana Jones you'll need to first go here on the map, and find the Wat Chana Songkhram dock:

Indiana Jones Royal Army disguise where to go

You'll need to go there because there's no boat access to Voss' base, and this is the nearest place you can land. When you dock there, head through the hole in the wall, and then turn right, ignoring the closer Nazi base on your left.

Look for the large bamboo bridge and prepare to start sneaking as soon as you reach it, as there will be fascists around once you do. Head over the bridge and towards these towers:

Indiana Jones Royal Army disguise voss base

You'll reach a smaller wooden bridge and see a base crawling with enemies. To avoid a massive fight, look to your left on or just before the bridge for this hidden entrance by a tiger symbol:

Drop down off the bridge and use this route to get into the camp unseen. You'll be under a building and will find a Slug Boy 2 book to boost your handgun ammo in a basket immediately on your left.

Stay in cover under the building until you reach the truck and then follow the route to the left. Leave the building and then keep to the left of this area as you move forwards, staying in cover wherever possible until you reach this two floor wooden tent (if you go up to the top floor, you'll come across the Indiana Jones A Game of Wits safe code mystery):

The uniform will be on a table by three fuel cans, where the arrow is pointing. Cover is sparse here, so make your way as carefully as you can to the marked spot and grab the Indiana Jone Royal Army disguise and key as soon you can. Once you have it you'll find getting around Sukhothai a lot easier, and you'll be able to enter the boxing ring to earn cash and buy books.

Get ready for more action with the best adventure games.

We don't know this early on how good the Urban Legends Warbond is compared to the others, or if it's a new contender for the title of the Helldivers 2 best Warbond. The Stun Lance and Directional Shield are very interesting additions to the game, and the Warbond's long-term legacy will likely live or die on their effectiveness against the Illuminate and other foes, and if the Lance ranks highly among the best weapons in Helldivers 2.

<![CDATA[ Where to find all Serpent's Chest keys in Indiana Jones ]]> Three Indiana Jones serpent keys are required to open the Serpent's Chest in Sukhothai, but you must search the Vatican, Gizeh and Shanghai for them. A couple of these keys are quite well hidden, and can be extremely hard to find thanks to unhelpful maps. Importantly, you'll also need the rebreather, which you must buy in Sukhothai, to reach two of them, so there's a lot involved here.

If you're trying to find all three keys for the Serpent's Chest in Indiana Jones, then I've got a full walkthrough here to guide you through all the locations you need to reach.

Indiana Jones Serpent's Chest location

Indiana Jones Sukhothai guides

You'll find the Serpent's Chest in Voss' Sukhothai camp in Indiana Jones. It's in a smaller side tent near the bigger main tent. Finding it will trigger the Serpent's Chest mystery and say that you need to revisit previous Indiana Jones and the Great Circle locations, specifically the Vatican, Gizeh, and Shanghai, to find the three keys needed to open it.

If you haven't already got the rebreather in Sukhothai, letting you breathe underwater, get it before you try to find the keys as you won't be able to reach two of them without it - opening the Indiana Jones A Game of Wits safe will help you afford it. Once you've bought that, you can revisit the three locations via the 'Travels' tab in Indy's journal and find all three serpent keys in the locations I've outlined below.

Indiana Jones Vatican serpent key

Indiana Jones Vatican Serpent's Chest key start

The Indiana Jones Vatican serpent key is probably the hardest to find as not only does the map direct you to the wrong place (because it's actually underneath where you'll end up) but it's also through an extremely well hidden, hard-to-reach hole in a very dark corner.

It's in the area you eventually access by solving the Indiana Jones Sacred Wounds puzzle, so head to the excavation site where the bulldozer crashed through the roof at the end of that section. Drop in via the hole you originally left by and follow the map marker until you reach the chamber with the chandelier you can use to whip swing across the room.

Indiana Jones Vatican Serpent's Chest key location

When you get there, instead of trying to reach the marker you'll want to head to this leaning pillar here:

Indiana Jones Vatican Serpent's Chest key hidden entrance

If you look down from the path above you should see an alcove you can drop down to:

Indiana Jones Vatican Serpent's Chest key route

From there you'll see a small hole in the wall you can jump to which will lead to a new area:

Indiana Jones Vatican Serpent's Chest key door

Follow this new path and you'll eventually find the Ancient Vatican Key for the Serpent's Chest in the broken bottom of a giant urn.

Indiana Jones Gizeh serpent key

Indiana Jones Gizeh Serpent's Chest key start

The Indiana Jones Gizeh Serpent's Chest key can be found at the Khentkawes I Dig, where you got the lift working for the Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother objective.

When you get there, head to this chamber and swim to where the arrow is pointing to find a passageway into a small underwater chamber.

Indiana Jones Gizeh Serpent's Chest key location

You'll need the rebreather from Sukhothai at this point as you'll see a timber beam you need to move. Once that's gone, swim into the new area and you'll find the Gizeh serpent key on a small patch of sand.

Indiana Jones Shanghai serpent key

Indiana Jones Shanghai Serpent's Chest key map

The Indiana Jones Shanghai serpent key can be found at the location shown on the map above and is probably the easiest to find. When you get to the canal location shown, head to this point here:

Indiana Jones Shanghai Serpent's Chest key location

You'll need the rebreather as if you go under water in this little corner you'll find a timber beam you'll need to move. Get that out of the way and you can swim into a small area where you'll find the Shanghai serpent key on a mud bank.

What's in the Serpent's Chest in Indiana Jones?

Indiana Jones Serpent's Chest open

Unfortunately your reward for all that effort is another ancient relic. You'll get 180 Adventure points for picking that up and 250 points for completing the chest, for a grand total of 430 adventure points, but that's it.

<![CDATA[ How to complete the Sanctuary of the Guardians in Indiana Jones ]]> For the Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians fieldwork, you've got to complete several puzzles and traverse the collapsed hall to escape the sanctuary under the Great Sphinx. Although, your first job is retrieving a gold medallion from a Nazi compound to get into the Sanctuary of the Guardians.

Once you're in, there are the gold mask and mirror statue of light puzzles, followed by a perilous. scorpion-filled traversal section. After all that, you can nab a stele for Nawal, which will help you in your search for the Idol of Ra. With so many puzzles, it's understandable if you get stuck, so here’s how you whip through the Sanctuary of the Guardians in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians walkthrough

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians gina outside the sanctuary

To begin the Sanctuary of the Guardians fieldwork, you need to speak to Gina as she’s monitoring the Nazi radio frequencies in Nawal’s tent. She’ll uncover some information about the Sphinx dig site where you can find the sanctuary. Follow the waypoint on your map over to the Sphinx and then look for the tunnel on its south side – there will be Nazis about who will spot Indy, so stealth is the best approach here, unless you happen to have the Indiana Jones Wehrmacht disguise already.

Once you get inside, you’ll bump into Gina, find the Digsite Outfit disguise, and realise you need some kind of medallion to get through the stone door blocking the way. So, your first job for this Indiana Jones and the Great Circle side quest is getting that medallion. To ensure the rest of the quest goes smoothly, I’d recommend getting the lighter from the Gizeh Village merchant prior to returning to the sanctuary door too.

Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians gold medallion

To get the gold medallion key in Indiana Jones, you must snatch it from a tent in the Nazi Recreational Area – this is a restricted area west northwest of the Great Sphinx, so you must wear the Digsite Outfit to avoid getting caught, though you still need to watch for Captains as our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle tips say.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians nazis playing cards in tent

Head to large tent on the east side of the area and you’ll notice a group of Nazis playing a card game at a table as you go in. One of the officers will ask you to bring him a bottle, so head around to the other side of the tent and pick up the bottle next to some shot glasses on a desk.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians gold medallion on desk in nazi tent

You’ll notice the gold medallion is right next to the bottle, but I recommend handing the bottle back to the officer first as taking too long can cause them all to get angry and start fighting you. Once you’ve handed over the bottle, nab the medallion and get out the recreational area. Now you can head back to the Sphinx and use the medallion to finally get into the Sanctuary of the Guardians.

Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians gold mask puzzle

After avoiding some traps and navigating with your lighter, you’ll eventually run into a puzzle where you must release a gold mask from a stone pedestal. This is achieved by moving mirrors to reflect beams of light at other mirrors until the locking mechanism around the mask is deactivated. Here’s a breakdown of what to do

  1. Go over to the mirror on the far side of the room on the right and shine it at the mirror to the right next to the collapsed pillar (the target mirror is actually the one immediately on your left as you enter this room).
  2. Next, shine the other mirror on the far side of the room at the mirror on the left (again, this is actually the mirror immediately on your right as you came into this room).

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians gold mask puzzle mirrors reflecting beams of light

  1. Go over to the mirror behind the collapsed column near the entrance to this room and shine it at the plate you can see between the steps.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians indy moving mirror to reflect beam

  1. Finally, go to the other mirror near the entrance and shine it at the other plate between the steps.

With that, you can retrieve the gold mask, which Gina will then take and start goofing. Take a photo of her and a cutscene will play that leads you into the next part of the sanctuary, which involves avoiding a lot of scorpions using your lighter and some torches. Then you’ll eventually reach the mirror statue puzzle to wrap up this tomb raid.

Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians mirror statue puzzle

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians mirror statue puzzle

The mirror statue puzzle in the Sanctuary of the Guardians is thankfully pretty easy and uses the same mirror reflection mechanic as the last puzzle. Here’s how it works:

  1. Start by shining the central mirror at the plate above the door on the left. This causes the door to open, revealing a mirror holder with no mirror on it.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians indy moving mirror to point beam at door

  1. Next, shine the central mirror onto the plate above the door on the right. The door won’t fully open, so you’ll then have to give Gina a leg-up so that she can climb around and pass a mirror under the door crack.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians gina passing indy a mirror under a door

  1. Shine the central mirror back onto the door on the left and then place the loose mirror that Gina found onto the mirror holder through the door. This will shine a beam onto the mirror statue, so now you need to figure out the last one.
  2. As you head back into the main room, Gina will show you another mirror she’s found, but with nowhere to put it, she holds it. You need to reposition the central mirror so that it shines at the mirror she’s holding, which will complete the puzzle and open the way out.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians mirror statue reflecting light at Gina holding a mirror

This will complete the puzzle and open the way out of this chamber, letting you reach the final challenge – a small climbing puzzle where you've got to get across a collapsed hall and avoid some scorpions.

Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians Traverse the Collapsed Hall

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians collapsed hall mirror and Gina

After completing the mirror statue of light puzzle, your final challenge is to traverse the collapsed hall with Gina’s help. You’ll notice this area has a beam of light shining at nothing in particular, but Gina will eventually ask that you give her a leg up so that she can reach the mirror and shine it at the scorpions to keep them away.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Sanctuary of the Guardians how to traverse the collapsed hall

After that, you need to get onto the collapsed pillar and jump up to grab onto the ledge. Start climbing across to the right until you can't move any further, then look up and right to spot a pole you can grapple with the whip, letting you swing across. Once you land on the ground, run up the stairs to get away from the scorpions and reunite with Gina.

Now you can grab a torch and carry on through the dark corridors to reach the Protector Stele treasure and the sanctuary exit. Once you're out the Sphinx and watch the cutscene with Indy and Gina, you've finished the Sanctuary of the Guardians fieldwork and will get 400 Adventure Points!

You can head back to Nawal to hand the stele over for the Idol of Ra quest or, if you’ve already handed over the four she requires, you can give them to the delivery boy for the Belongs in a Museum side quest.

This is only a small part of Indy’s globetrotting journey, so be sure to read our I
ndiana Jones and the Great Circle review to find out what we think of the whole adventure.

<![CDATA[ All Marvel Rivals upcoming characters, heroes and villains ]]> Upcoming Marvel Rivals characters are already here, with both a lot of leaks and confirmed characters on the way. We've recently seen two of the Fantastic Four added to the game, and the other two have been officially promised to show up in the near future - to say nothing of all the various leaked upcoming characters like Ultron.

When Rivals launched there were initially 33 Marvel Rivals characters available to pick between, but NetEase is already adding more and we're likely to see those numbers expand ever further, with clear ambitions to keep expanding the roster and add new characters as we enter Season 1. Below we'll cover all the confirmed characters to come, like the impending Human Torch and The Thing, as well as look at the upcoming Marvel Rivals heroes that are only leaked right now as a result of the community datamining.

When are The Human Torch and The Thing coming to Marvel Rivals?

The Fantastic Four seen in Marvel Rivals' Season 1 'Eternal Night Falls' trailer.

(Image credit: NetEase Games / Marvel Games)

The Human Torch and The Thing from the Fantastic Four have been confirmed for Marvel Rivals, but the release date is currently less clear, especially with Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman having already been added - and the other two members on the main menu of the game already.

Marvel Rivals' official press has not given an exact release date yet, but has stated that "Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic will be released in the first half of (Season 1), followed by Human Torch and The Thing in the second half."

This means that in a 90-day season starting on January 10, we will likely see Human Torch and The Thing added at some point near the end of February, in roughly six or seven weeks, though it's possible that their release could be changed or rescheduled before then. Still, we're looking forward to whatever new Marvel Rival Team ups appear as a result.

Leaked upcoming Marvel Rivals characters

Marvel Rivals upcoming characters

Due to datamining models and other in-game files, many leakers have found references to a range of upcoming Marvel Rival characters that are seemingly being worked on. Obviously, with all of these, it’s mostly speculation based on information found in the files. However, it’s clear NetEase has plans for these characters, as work on them appears ongoing.

The most infamous leak comes from Miller Ross, who leaked a massive list of upcoming characters in May, which has thus far proven correct. In fact, from that substantial list of characters, all but two have currently come true so far, and there's no reason to think these couldn't happen:

  • Ultron
  • Blade

Considering the list had names like Wolverine, Squirrel Girl, and Moon Knight months before they were announced, there’s a strong chance we see these characters join the fray - this is a vampire-themed season, after all, so adding famed vampire hunter Blade only makes sense.

There are even datamined images of Ultron out there, courtesy of X/Twitter account Marvel Rivals Leaks.

A newer leak suggests Ultron will be coming to Season 1 as a two-star Strategist with the following abilities:

  1. Rage of Ultron - Summoning Ultron Drones to fire Encephalo Rays, damaging opponents and healing allies.
  2. Dynamic Flight - Quickly fly in the direction of movement and enter free flight.
  3. Imperative: Patch - Send a giant drone to follow and ally, constantly healing allies in a radius around it with extra healing for the targeted ally.
  4. Imperative: Firewall - Summon Drones to give bonus health to allies within range, focused on Ultron and the ally marked with Imperative: Patch.
  5. Algorithm Correction - Hold Space to fall slowly.

However, that’s not all. Other names have turned up in the files of Marvel Rival’s builds. Dataminer Matfacio has mentioned references to three other characters in the form of:

  • Captain Marvel
  • Hit-Monkey
  • Angela

Fumo Leaks also went into the Chinese build and found strong evidence that Jean Grey and Emma Frost are not too far off either. Miller Ross has also teased The Hood for Marvel Rivals too. For those unaware, the Hood is a Marvel villain who recently took on the Ghost Rider mantle. Whether this would be The Hood pre or post-Ghost Rider isn’t clear though as information seems limited.

Matfacio also mentions that there are references to Deadpool potentially being a playable character in the game files, but has cautioned about potential misdirection due to some irregularities with the files, saying, “I don't want to fall into their trap”.

Elsewhere, more officially, the game has featured Knull and Doctor Doom in promotional material, though they aren’t currently playable. Two versions of Doctor Doom are the antagonists for Marvel Rival’s Season 0, and Knull turned up in the seasonal launch trailer. They both have official art, so could become characters down the line.

Full list of leaked Marvel Rivals characters

Marvel Rivals launch trailer screenshot showing Doctor Doom and multiple triangular shards showing images of other characters.

(Image credit: NetEase Games / Marvel Games)

Bringing all these leaks together, here’s the full list of leaked Marvel Rivals upcoming characters that have been reportedly datamined from in-game files:

  • Ultron
  • Blade
  • Captain Marvel
  • Hit-Monkey
  • Angela
  • Emma Frost
  • Jean Grey
  • The Hood (maybe Ghost Rider)
  • Deadpool

As ever, take these with a pinch of salt. Just because a character shows up in the files doesn’t guarantee that they will be released. It wouldn’t be the first time a developer has hidden red herrings in their code. It’s also not clear what kind of timeline this would be on either, as Marvel Rivals doesn’t yet have a precedence for character releases. We don’t currently know the cadence we should be expecting character releases to have.

That said, it seems likely we will be hearing something about these characters at some point in the future.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals Assemble code explained and how to use it ]]> Using a Marvel Rivals Assemble code appears as an option when you first set up your account to play the game, though no details are supplied for what it actually means. To explain, Assemble codes are used by players to set up referral links when they get their friends to also join the game, and if someone you refer progresses through to Level 10 on their account then you receive a 300 Units bonus! While that's not enough to unlock any individual items from the Store in Marvel Rivals, it will help you on your way if you're saving up for some new cosmetics. For more information, here's how to use an Assemble code in Marvel Rivals as a new player or find your own code as a referrer.

Note that this process is separate from the Marvel Rivals codes that can be redeemed through the Bundle Code menu option for cosmetic rewards.

How to use a Marvel Rivals Assemble code

When you start playing for the first time, you'll be asked to enter a Nickname as part of the account set up process, and in the bottom right corner of the screen there will be a prompt you can follow to enter a Marvel Rivals Assemble code. This is the only time you can assign a Marvel Rivals Assemble code to your account, so make sure you don't skip over this step if a friend is referring you to the game as you won't be able to add it later. Once you've entered your friend's 10-digit code, you'll be registered as a referred player on their account and your progress will go toward unlocking a reward for them.

How to send your Marvel Rivals Assemble code to friends

To find your personal Marvel Rivals Assemble code to send to friends, you first need to reach Level 5 with your account as it won't be available until then. After getting to that milestone, press Pause or ESC or select the cog icon to access the main menu, then choose the Community option at the bottom of the list. Move over to the Hero Assembly Event tab, and underneath you'll see a box labelled My Assembly Code with a 10-digit code in it. Share this with as many friends as you like, and from this screen you'll be able to see everyone you've referred to sign up. When one of those friends reaches Level 10 on their account, which will likely take around 4-6 hours of play, you'll be rewarded with 300 Units. The rules state that "This unique reward can be claimed only once", so no matter how many friends you refer you'll only get the 300 Units the first time one of them hits Level 10.

<![CDATA[ How to complete the Indiana Jones cipher machine code puzzle on the battleship ]]> The Indiana Jones cipher machine code puzzle is solved using the Captain’s Code and various Code Tables to get through to the ship’s bridge on the Kummetz. It’s the last puzzle aboard the Nazi battleship and it’s certainly not the easiest as you’ve got to cross reference a few documents and ensure you’ve placed this enigma machine’s letter code wheels in the correct order. That all means one mistake can result in you getting completely the wrong answer, so I’ve explained the solution for this cipher machines puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle below.

Indiana Jones cipher machine code explained

Upon entering the Officer Lounge, you’ll easily find all the components you need to solve this puzzle: The Captain’s Code, two Code Lists, the cipher machine, and four code wheels covered in letters, none of which are inside the machine where they should be. Therefore, your first job is getting the cipher machine ready, and then you can work on breaking the code on this enigma – just don’t do what I did in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and think you need to manually solve everything using the code tables, as it’s much simpler!

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Using the Captain’s Code, JÖGM, examine the code wheels for these letters and place them into the cipher machine in this order. The wheel with a ‘J’ on it goes in the leftmost slot, then the wheel with the ‘Ö’ goes in the next slot, and so on.

  1. Close the lid on the cipher machine and rotate the wheels to spell out JÖGM in the top row with the white triangles pointing next to each letter. With that, the bottom row of letters spells out “BLUT”.

  1. Examine the Code Table on the table behind you and you’ll find that the four-digit code for BLUT is 3666.
  2. Head over to the exit door and enter the code. The door will swing open, and you’ll be able to climb up the ladder to reach the battleship’s bridge.

With that, you’ve completed the Kummetz cipher machine puzzle and are practically at the end of the Himalayas level, ready to embark on the next stage of Indy’s adventure. Remember the above steps as there’s another one of these cipher machine puzzles in the next main region.

This is only a small part of Indy’s globetrotting journey, so be sure to read our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle review to find out what we think of the whole adventure.

<![CDATA[ Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother elevator and animal stone puzzles ]]> The Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother fieldwork tests you with powering up an elevator and unlocking a tomb with some stone discs at a Nazi dig site. They’re not especially complicated puzzles but do require a lot of walking around. This quest from Omar is also a lot less clear if you don’t have the easy-to-miss dig site map – in fact, even Omar is easy to miss, and you can complete the entire quest before even talking to him. Regardless, here’s how you use the elevator and complete the Secret of the Queen Mother in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother map location

While not critical to completing Secret of the Queen Mother, grabbing the Khetkawes Dig Map will help you get your bearings in this complicated area of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. You’ll find it on the desk with three canopic jars under Omar’s tent. If you’ve not found Omar, he’s just outside the northwest corner of the red restricted area on the map covering the Funerary Temple of Khentkawes I – almost directly south of the meteorological station where the Indiana Jones Cloud Atlas code puzzle is.

Since this is a restricted area, I highly recommend progressing the main Idol of Ra quest enough to the point where you can access the Indiana Jones Wehrmacht key and uniform as this’ll let you act like you belong.

How to turn on the elevator in Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Secret of the Queen Mother yellow generator for elevator with red and blue cables coming out of it

The first major puzzle to solve is powering up the elevator that leads down into the tomb. Head to the elevator in the middle of the dig site and you’ll notice a yellow generator next to it with a red cable and a blue cable attached but going off in different directions. All you need to do is follow each cable until they reach a switch, then pull the lever on the switch to reactivate the power to that cable:

When following the red cable in Indiana Jones, you’ll eventually end up in a large room with lots of wooden scaffolding:

  1. Follow the cable all the way across this room and then up some steps.
  2. At this point it’ll dip under a hole in a wall, so you need to walk around the upper level to join up with it again in a landing area, which is where you’ll find the switch.
  3. Finally, continue following the cable across the scaffolding to reach the exit gate.

Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother blue cable

Keep following the blue cable in Indiana Jones until you reach a flooded room with no clear way to reach where the cable goes on the other side:

  1. Get in the water and swim through the hole in the wall, then carry on into the next room to rejoin the blue cable.

  1. Climb up the scaffolding on the right side of the room and you’ll find the switch.

  1. To leave, head out the gate at the far-left corner.

Once you’ve switched on both cables, you can power up the elevator by throwing the switch on the yellow generator. Once the lift arrives, hop on and select -1 to descend into the tomb of Khentkawes I and find the final pieces of this fieldwork puzzle.

Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother animal stone puzzle explained

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Secret of the Queen Mother stone glyphs with animals on them set into ancient Egyptian mural

Wander through the tomb and you’ll emerge into a large room with an ancient Egyptian mural on the back wall with three holes cut out. These slots are for three disc-like Stone Glyphs with animals on them, so your first job is finding all three discs:

  • Snake stone: On the desk to the left as you enter this room. It also has the Dig Report note on it.
  • Fish stone: On the table against to the right, almost directly opposite the snake stone.
  • Falcon stone: Right in front of the mural on the floor.

Now you need to place them in the correct slots. The falcon goes in the top slot, the snake goes in the middle slot, and the fish goes in the bottom slot to match the air, land, and sea pattern on the mural.

Once you’ve done that, the eye at the top of the mural will shine a light at a fragile wall. Grab one of the sledgehammers lying around and smash the wall, then crawl through the gap to reach a hidden chamber containing the Light Stele.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Secret of the Queen Mother light stele reward in the hidden chamber

After that, use the elevator to get back up to the surface, then return to Omar and tell him about your findings. He’ll say you should give the Stele to Nawal (or the delivery boy for the “Belongs in a Museum” side quest) and that concludes the Secret of the Queen Mother, netting you 375 Adventure Points.

Delving into tombs and solving puzzles is what makes Indiana Jones and the Great Circle one of the best adventure games you can play right now.

<![CDATA[ How to link your account in Marvel Rivals ]]> Being able to link your Marvel Rivals account to Twitch will get some free goodies and start building out your collection of skins and other cosmetics by linking your accounts. If you want to differentiate yourself with your own skins and emblems, the vast majority of the time, you’re going to have to open your wallet.

However, if you link your Twitch to your Marvel Rivals account, you’ll be able to take advantage of several promotions that will get you some free goodies to sport on your Marvel Rivals characters. It only takes a few minutes to set up too. Here’s how.

How to link your Marvel Rivals account to Twitch

Marvel Rivals periodically has drops on Twitch, with you having to watch creators for a certain amount of time to earn various rewards like skins and emblems. To get them in-game though, you will need to link your account to your Twitch account. This is actually easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Marvel Rivals website.
  2. Hit ‘Login’ on the top right of the website. Then select the platform you play the game on.
  3. Sign into the account you play on with your platform user - be that Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or the Epic Games Store.
  4. Once returned to the Marvel Rivals homepage, go to the top right again, where the name of your account should be. Click it and head to My Account.
  5. On the left, select the Connections tab.
  6. Select Connect underneath the Twitch logo
  7. Sign into your Twitch account.

After this, you just need to earn and claim your rewards on Twitch and they should appear for you in-game.

Cross-progression is a popular feature in most live service games, allowing players to jump between platforms with their skins and stats in-tact. Unfortunately, Marvel Rivals doesn’t support cross-progression at launch, so you’ll be unable to jump from PC to PS5, for example, without having two separate accounts.

There is some hope for the future, though don’t expect it soon. In an interview with The Gamer, game director Guangyun Chen explained why Marvel Rivals doesn’t have the feature. He said: “For now, we have no cross-progression. As we only have around two months to go global launch, we are doing the final tech check to see what we can do and how we can process it. The workload is a lot more than we thought at the beginning.”

He does add some hope for the future though by adding, “We are still having internal discussions, and we’re not sure when we’ll be announcing our decision.”

Hopefully, the feature will be added later down the line. For now, though, it’s best to pick one platform and stick with it, if possible.

<![CDATA[ Where to find the Indiana Jones haunted crypt key ]]> The Indiana Jones haunted crypt and key can be found separately but you'll need to locate both to solve this spooky little mystery in the Great Circle. Finding the locked gate is probably the easiest way to do this side quest as, if you find that first you'll know where to go. If you get the key first then you'll just have a photo to help you track down where you need to use it. Whatever way you've discovered this objective I can help you complete it and find out what's really going on.

Indiana Jones haunted crypt key location

Indiana jones haunted crypt location

The Indiana Jones Haunted crypt can be found here on the map, under a grey flag. The gate is locked and says it 'Requires Haunted crypt key' to unlock. It's easy to find this first as it's just outside the Worker Area you start when you arrive in Gizeh, and you'll pass it on the way to one of your early objectives. However, if you do it that way it won't trigger any sort of mission or quest, so you won't know what to do with it in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

The key itself is located in a small Nazi compound nearby. Because of that it's a good idea to get the Indiana Jones Wehrmacht uniform first, otherwise you'll have to try some tricky stealth in a cramped and awkward area. Assuming you have the uniform, or like a challenge, then head to this location on the map to get the key:

Indiana jones haunted crypt key location

The key is on a table in the small tent nearest the car, where you'll also find a letter about the haunted crypt, and photo of the entrance, with it. Once you have the key you can make your way to the crypt gate and let yourself in.

There's not a huge amount inside, so follow the path down into a small room where you'll start to hear some creepy noises. There's a small opening near a pile of collapsed rocks you can crawl though to find a hidden area. In there you'll find a radio making all the strange noises and a note from one of Nawal's spies saying they set up the ghost effects to keep the Nazi's away and protect the relic you can collect. You'll get 225 Adventure points and complete the mystery when you pick the relic up.

<![CDATA[ Where to find the discarded key in Indiana Jones ]]> The Indiana Jones discarded key needs to be found as you explore Gizeh in the Great Circle. When you find a small house with a man locked inside asking for help, it's up to you to find the missing key and get him out. But where it it and what do you get for your troubles? Let me show you what's involved and how to find the key in question.

How to find the Indiana Jones discarded key

You'll find the Indiana Jones discarded key mission here, in the middle of the more open central area of the Gizeh map, near where you can to solve the Indiana Jones Cloud Atlas code at the Meteorological Station. The small red house is easy to spot from a distance and, as you get closer, you'll hear a man shouting for help from inside - he's locked in and the key is... somewhere?

While there's no obvious info telling you where to look, the key is actually on the roof of the building. So go around until you see some crates by a wall that will let you climb up to reach a white stained part of the building you can grab on to and climb up. The Indiana Jones discarded key can be found in a bird's nest on the roof of the building.

Grab the key and you can then let the man trapped in the house out. In return he'll let you loot the crate inside which contains two ₤75 rolls of cash for a ₤150 payout, along with 15 Adventure points in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Rivals crosshair and how to change and import them ]]> The Marvel Rivals crosshair can be changed and customized, even allowing you to import others made by other players, or just create your own. For many characters a pinpoint reticule is essential, especially heroes like Hawkeye and Black Widow, and being able to modify your crosshair is a nice player-friendly way to accommodate accessibility.

While a custom crosshair won’t actually change your skill level, it can definitely help you aim better in the middle of combat. With that in mind, here’s how you can edit your crosshair in Marvel Rivals, import others, and some pre-made reticules you may want to try.

How to customise your Marvel Rivals crosshair

How to customise your Marvel Rivals crosshair

Changing your reticle in Marvel Rivals is relatively easy to do and located in the Keyboard tab in your Settings. Once there, you can look under the HUD section, where the first options all revolve around customizing your crosshair.

The most important decision you’ll make is what shape you want for your crosshair. To choose that, select the Reticle Type drop-down menu. This will let you choose between Circle, Crosshairs, Dot, and Circle and Crosshairs. Each brings a new shape to the crosshair, so be sure to try them all and figure out which works for you.

However, this is just the basics. You’re able to mold the crosshair to your preference past this initial shape. There are options to adjust width, opacity, outline width, outline opacity, blur, center gap, circle radius, crosshair length, crosshair angle, and color. You can also choose to make the reticle white, red, yellow, green or blue.

Obviously there is a lot of choice here, so I recommend doing this outside of a matchmade game, as it’s best not to be AFK in an active game while you sort it out. Instead, make adjustments in the practice range so you can flip between the menus without impacting other players.

While you're looking at aiming in general you might have heard about Marvel Rivals mouse acceleration, so check out my guide there for more details on that.

How to import crosshairs in Marvel Rivals

How to import crosshairs in Marvel Rivals

If you can’t be bothered or aren’t confident enough to create your own crosshair in Marvel Rivals, the game lets you import and export crosshairs using a code players can share.

To do this, in Settings go to the Keyboard tab. Then under the HUD section, look at Reticle Save. Select the drop-down menu and hit ‘add new save’. Then there are four options: delete a saved reticle, rename a saved reticle, import a reticle, or export your own reticle.

To import one with a code, simply hit Import Save on the Reticle Save row. You will then be prompted to input a reticle code. This will be a long line of characters and numbers that configure the settings to replicate someone else’s settings.

It’s important to note that you can set different crosshairs for different heroes. To do so, at the top left of the settings, you will see a button that says ‘All Heroes’. To tweak a specific character's reticle that only affects them, hit this button and choose the character you wish to change. Once you do, go in and change the reticle you want only on that character.

This is excellent for providing different reticles for characters who have different aiming needs. For example, having a dot is useful on a sniper character like Black Widow or Hawkeye where you want to aim for a character’s head. However, that may be a little small when you want to spray with Jeff the Land Shark, or shoot in cones like Star-Lord, where a circle might be of more use.

Marvel Rivals reticle codes

Just to get you going, here are a couple of basic Marvel Rivals crosshair codes you may want to use to import reticles into your own game.

<![CDATA[ How to get the Indiana Jones Wehrmacht key and uniform ]]> The Indiana Jones Wehrmacht key and uniform are found in a Nazi watchtower in Gizeh, but you need you to complete another mission first to access it. The watchtower in question is locked behind a fence that won't open until you’ve infiltrated the massive Nazi compound near one of the pyramids, so if you’ve found a gate that needs the Wehrmacht key or need the disguise for the underground boxing ring, you’ll need to come back after that mission. I’ve explained exactly when and where you can nab the Wehrmacht key and uniform in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle below.

Indiana Jones Wehrmacht key and uniform location

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Wehrmacht key and uniform watchtower near train tracks with map

Unlike the Indiana Jones Blackshirt key and uniform, you can’t just grab the Wehrmacht disguise as soon as you arrive. The Wehrmacht key and uniform are sealed away behind a fence which doesn’t open until you’ve infiltrated the Nazi compound near the pyramid with Gina during the main Idol of Ra adventure in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

When that's done and you've made a quick getaway with Gina and Nawal, you’ll find yourself in a clearing with a Nazi watchtower and the train tracks to your left where you can now reach the Wehrmacht disguise (you can also come back at any time with the route this opens up).

Head around the back of the watchtower and look up to spot a pole, then grapple up to it with Indy’s whip. Next, climb all the way around the watchtower and then hop in through the open window. There will be a Nazi inside who you’ll need to beat up.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Wehrmacht key and uniform disguise collected

Drop down the ladder to the ground floor and then collect the Wehrmacht uniform on the desk. This also includes the Wehrmacht key and a P08 Luger pistol which you load with blue Wehrmacht ammo found around Gizeh. You can also loot the desk drawer for a 50 Lira bonus! After that, you can leave the watchtower through the gate using the key and head left under the train tracks to get back to the main Gizeh area.

Wearing the Wehrmacht uniform disguise lets you into Nazi-occupied restricted areas without any fuss (although captains will see through your disguise if you let them look too long). That's handy for areas like the Khentkawes I excavation site where you can complete the Indiana Jones Secret of the Queen Mother fieldwork. You can also use the outfit to access underground boxing ring, while key will open several sealed Nazi areas with useful items, notes, and books inside.

Indiana Jones Gizeh Underground Boxing Ring location

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Wehrmacht underground boxing ring entrance

Just like in the Vatican, there’s a secret boxing ring in Gizeh which Indy can only get into while wearing the Wehrmacht uniform. It’s on the east side of the village just beyond the leather jacket merchant. You’ll know you’re close when you hear villagers talking about “strange sounds beneath that Nazi-occupied house”.

Once inside, you’ll be able to face three different opponents of increasing difficulty in the ring, each one winning you increasingly larger Lira payouts when you knock them out – 75, 150, and, finally, 300. Beating all three opponents and completing the Knuckle Duster Den side quest gets you 300 Adventure Points too. You can put both the Lira and AP towards buying and unlocking the Hardboiled 2 and Sawbones 2 Adventure Books for sale next to the ring here, which improve your health by merging two bars and increase your maximum Bandage carrying capacity by one respectively.

With hints of Dishonored and Hitman, find out why we reckon this is one of Indy’s best adventures in our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle review.

To unlock Ascendencies in Path of Exile 2, you need to progress to Act 2 and complete the Trial of Sehkemas. Once completed, you'll be able to interact with the altar at the end, which will grant you the choice of an Ascendency for your class and 2 Ascendency Points to spend, which is basically a subclass with its own internal skill tree.

To get all the Ascendency points available in POE 2 (currently 8 at time of writing), you need to beat the Trail of Sehkemas (Act 2) and the Trial of Chaos (Act 3) on both Normal and Cruel mode. Each victory grants you two ascendency points to put towards that specific character.

<![CDATA[ How to complete the Indiana Jones Light Chamber puzzle ]]> The Indiana Jones Light Chamber puzzle unlocks the Three Eyed Gate by moving light beams to create different symbols. It’s the last and most complex light beam puzzles in the Gizeh area that started with the Indiana Jones Sanctuary of the Guardians puzzles, testing everything you’ve learned about them so far and adding in a shape-making mechanic.

It means there are a lot of moving parts to this puzzle, so it takes a while to figure it out and solve, but I can help you get through the Three Eyed Gate puzzle in Indian Jones and get closer to the Idol of Ra nice.

Indiana Jones Light Chamber puzzle explained

Getting past the Three Eyed Gate involves solving a multistage light puzzle after completing the Indiana Jones Chamber of Resonance puzzle. In short, you’ve got to recreate the shapes on the three discs in the middle of the gate by shining beams of light onto the surrounding shapes.

However, you’ll notice in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle that this main room has only one beam pointing at the gate at the start, which means your first goal is to get more light beams to work with, so here’s how the entire Chamber of Light puzzle works in Indiana Jones:

  1. Start by shining the central mirror at the top shape on the right. This opens a door on your left which leads to another mirror.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle light chamber beam for door on the left

  1. Use this new mirror to direct a beam of light through the gap in the collapsed rocks and onto the mirror on the right in the main room.

  1. Go back to the main room and direct the central mirror onto the top shape in the left column, then move the right mirror to shine on the middle shape in the right column. This opens the door on your right which has a symbol made up of the two you've just highlighted.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle light chamber Indy moving mirrors to open door on the right

  1. Head through the door and then the corridor on the right to find a loose brass mirror.
  2. Pick up the mirror and carry it to the other open door on the right side of the main room, where you’ll find a shining pedestal but with no mirror.
  3. Place the mirror on it, and the beam will hit the mirror on the left, back in the main room. So now you have three mirrors in the main room you can use to recreate the symbols on the Three Eyed Gate.

Indiana Jones Light Chamber Three Eyed Gate symbol combinations

  1. For the top symbol of the Three Eyes Gate, direct the left beam to the bottom-left shape. If you haven’t moved the other two beams, they should already be in the correct position, so this will solve itself. It should look like this:

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle light chamber beams for first symbol on three eyed gate

  1. For the middle symbol of the light puzzle, move the central beam up to the top-right shape and the right beam down to the middle-left shape so it looks like this:

  1. For the final symbol at the bottom, move the central beam down to the bottom-right shape and the left beam across to the middle-right shape, which looks like this.

Once all three locking discs have moved away from the middle you will have solved the Light Chamber puzzle and The Three Eyed Gate will open. You can now go much deeper into the ancient caves beneath the pyramid and continue on with your adventure as it nears the end of the Gizeh leg.

These tactile puzzles are what make this Indy game one of the best adventure games you can play.

<![CDATA[ Best Path of Exile 2 Sorceress build ]]> To make a strong Sorceress build in Path of Exile 2, you need to craft her with an emphasis on frost, ice, freezing and cold damage. This POE 2 Sorc build is as devastating in the early game as it is in the late game, with players roundly agreeing that a frost-focused loadout and skillset building towards and into the Stormweaver Ascendency. Below we'll cover all the choices you should make in the early to mid game, allowing you to build off that and start taking your own tests and experiments as you move into the final act and endgame. Here's how to create the best build for the Sorceress in Path of Exile 2.

The best Sorceress build in Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2 sorceress

To make a strong Sorceress build in POE 2, you should focus on the following:

  • Freezing magic and ice attacks to freeze monsters in place
  • No seriously, keep casting ice magic, it's the solution to all problems

This build is relatively simple: have the Sorc do ranged ice attacks that result in massive AOE damage while also freezing enemies, so those few that survive the barrage are locked in place and can't even get to you. Keep backing up and fighting at range, and the Sorceress's low health and durability shouldn't ever be a problem. Stacking multiple spells like Frost Bomb and Flame Wall on a single target like a boss is especially lethal, and ends up providing far more DPS than fire or lightning builds.

The only real danger is your use of mana - run out and you'll be in real peril, but keep a careful eye on your supply and you'll never struggle for firepower (or ice power, rather). With that in mind, here's the choices, loadouts, skills and ascendencies you'll need to master one of the best Path of Exile 2 classes

  • Equipment
    • Weapon: Gelid Staff (for the Freezing Shards skill)
  • Skill Gems
    • Freezing Shards
    • Spark: Unleash/Controlled Destruction
    • Flame Wall: Spell Cascade
    • Frost Bomb: Magnified Effect/Glaciation/Strip Away
    • Frostbolt: Scattershot
    • Cast on Freeze: Cold Snap/Spell Echo/Comet
    • Frost Wall: Spell Cascade/Icicle
  • Passive Skills
    • Work towards Ice damage, cast speed, intelligence, extra damage against those with ailments
  • Ascendencies
    • Stormweaver
      • Scouring Winds
      • Heart of the Storm
      • Constant Gale

You'll notice an absence of equipment options - and frankly that's because we never really worked out much in the way of solid equipment options beyond having the Gelid Staff as early as possible. Focus on Intelligence, on evasion, on mana regen and on energy shields where you can, but feel free to experiment accordingly along the way.

Early on you'll be using less frosty spells - mainly a combo of Spark, Flame Wall and Frost Bomb - before filtering them out for a more focused build as you move through act 2. The key here is to build to Frostbolt with Cold Snap, which just devastates opponents - damaging them when it would normally freeze them, and consequently making most freeze effects into straight up kills. Afterwards you get the Comet skill for Cast on Freeze, and then very little can stop you.

<![CDATA[ Best Path of Exile 2 Mercenary build ]]> The best Path of Exile 2 Mercenary build is based around using the Crossbow and Grenades for unsurpassed long-range supremacy and elemental damage, while also managing a surprising amount of durability for those few enemies that break through your assault. The POE2 Merc is probably the strongest class in the game right now, and this build is how you take it from powerful to overpowered, based around working towards the Witchhunter, one of the two Path of Exile 2 Ascendencies for the Merc.

Best Mercenary build in Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2 Mercenary build

The best POE 2 Mercenary build focuses on the following elements:

  • Elemental damage (mainly frost and fire) in crossbow and grenade skills
  • Focusing on defensive evasion, mobility and armor

With these elements you can then work towards the Witch Hunter ascendancy and all the prizes therein. We have to credit Mobalytics user FearlessDumbo for inspiring many of the choices behind this build, and providing the central point around which the build can be tested and experimented with.

The key here is that the Mercenary is capable of ridiculous damage at range, so by leaning into that with some clever skill synergies, not to mention protecting yourself from the melee enemies that manage to get through your barrage, you can pretty decisively prove why the Merc is top of the list in the Path of Exile 2 class tier list. If you want to build towards it yourself, here's the key skills, equipment for your loadout, and more besides.

  • Equipment
    • Weapon: Crossbow (Physical Damage/Attack Speed/Reloading/Fire/Frost)
    • Head: Helm (Armor/Evasion)
    • Body: Explorer Armor (prioritise evasion/energy shield buffs)
    • Hands: Mitts/Gauntlets (attack speed/health and mana leech/damage increase)
    • Belt: Max life/defense buffs
    • Boots: Sabatons/Leggings (movement speed/armor/evasion)
    • Amulet: Armor/Evasion/defense/Strength and Dex buff
  • Skill Gems
    • Crossbow Shot
    • Explosive Grenade: Frostfire/Primal Armament/Concentrated Effect/Eternal Flame/Searing Flame
    • Permafrost Bolts: Glaciation/Deep Freeze/Ice Bite
    • Explosive Shot: Wildfire/Nimble Reload
    • Flash Grenade: Brutality
    • High Velocity Rounds: Scattershot/Double Barrel/Execute
    • Galvanic Shards: Lightning Infusion/Pierce
  • Passive Skills
    • Work towards Reload Speed, Grenade effects, Crossbow buffs, Strength and Dexterity buffs
  • Ascendencies
    • Witch Hunter
      • Zealous Inquisition
      • Pitiless Killer
      • Witchbane

The way to play here is by keeping a constant distance and using your grenades and crossbow to hold the enemy at bay - frost to freeze them and fire to maintain damage. A near-constant barrage of fire should eventually be possible, while your armor should keep you safe from any that break through the line. Later on you'll want to lean even more into the freezing and ignition status effects, and make you know how to trade in Path of Exile 2 wisely - the right crossbow can make or break a build like this.

Want to go from long-range to close quarters? We've also got the best Path of Exile 2 Monk build for you to try out, based around sparking lightning damage and the Invoker ascendency.

<![CDATA[ How to solve the Chamber of Resonance puzzle in Indiana Jones ]]> To solve the Indiana Jones Chamber of Resonance puzzle, you need to find six stone tablets and speak the words on them in the right order. Do this and you'll be permitted to pass through the chamber and close in on the Idol of Ra. However, this puzzle isn't like any you will have done previously and it’s not the most straightforward in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. If you happen to be stuck in the Resonance Chamber, either because you can’t find all six tablets, or you can’t get the right order for the words, I’ve detailed exactly how you solve the Chamber of Resonance puzzle below.

This is also the start of the point of no return for the Gizeh leg of Indy's adventure, so it might be a good idea to finish other puzzles, such as the Indiana Jones Cloud Atlas code and Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity puzzle, first.

Indiana Jones Chamber of Resonance puzzle solution walkthrough

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Chamber of Resonance taking a photo of a strange symbol tablet

To escape the Resonance Chamber in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, you need to take photos of six Adamic tablets scattered around the chamber, and then select the photos in a particular order to get Indy to speak aloud the correct sentence. However, only four of the tablets are in the Resonance Chamber, and one of them is broken, so you need to fix one and find the final two elsewhere.

Start by taking a photo of any of the tablets on the wall of the chamber, then use Dr. Lombardi’s journal when prompted. This plays a cutscene which sees Indy decipher the Vuha (oath) symbol and begin the puzzle properly, so here’s what you need to do to after that to complete the Chamber of Resonance:

  1. Take photos of the other two complete tablets on the chamber walls. This’ll log the Hat sha-Athon (The Lord’s) and Leneph (Protect) symbols.
  2. Next, look for the wall section with a narrow hole at the bottom. Crawl through to reach a hidden corridor – be aware that the lighter will get blown out by something, so just reignite it.

  1. Use the lighter on the nearby brazier, which will illuminate the fourth tablet showing the Eo-shohd symbol (the secret).

  1. Continue down the corridor and light the next brazier to reveal the fifth tablet, Lezeem (Heed).
  2. Carry on to the end of this corridor to find the missing tablet fragment. Pick it up and Indy will stow it until it needs to be used.

  1. Grab the nearby metal pole and use it to smash the fragile wall to your right, letting you reach the main chamber again.
  2. Place the tablet piece onto the broken tablet and then take a photo, getting you the final words for the puzzle – Al haht sheram (Of the name).

With all six tablets photographed, head over to the statue in the center of the resonance chamber and you’ll be prompted to lay the photos on the little table. By following the button prompts, you can get Indy to say each word out loud, and you need to do so in this order: Heed > The Lord’s > Oath > Protect > The secret > Of the name

Once you’ve done that, Indy will be forcibly transported further into this pyramid tunnel complex where you’ll then have to solve the Indiana Jones Light Chamber puzzle while searching for the Idol of Ra.

As mentioned in our
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle review, we really liked the hands-on nature of these puzzles, but if you want help for other aspects of the game, be sure to check out our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle tips.

<![CDATA[ Everything in the GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update ]]> The GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update has arrived and we now know more about it following a surprisingly muted build up, which is unusual as the big winter update usually has more fanfare around it. While there aren't a huge number of changes included they are significant, so you can set up a new base of operations at the legendary Darnell Bros Garment Factory and work with rogue FIB agent Jodi Marshall to plan some top tier scores. There are also some important upgrades added for the Terrorbyte to increase protection against other GTA Online players, plus a selection of fresh vehicles to add to your collection. For the details on this latest refresh, here's everything you need to know about the Agents of Sabotage update in GTA Online.

A new base is available at the Darnell Bros Garment Factory

To start planning your latest heists with the GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update, you'll need to purchase the Darnell Bros Garment Factory through Maze Bank Foreclosures. You'll need to invest GTA$2,350,000 to purchase the factory, though unlike other properties there are no further upgrades you can buy. Once you've acquired this covert ops installation, you can meet former FIB operative Jodi Marshall to start planning some legendary crimes, alongside your first mate Pavel who was last seen during the Cayo Perico Heist. As well as a passive income safe and a Mk II Weapon Workshop, the Darnell Bros Garment Factory also features a basement garage with access to select fast travel points around the map via underground tunnels.

Your Terrorbyte has several new upgrades

Another addition with the GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update is a selection of upgrades for your Terrorbyte mobile control center. You can take it off the grid by installing the Silent Running module so your location is hidden from other players, or fit the Master Control Terminal to manage your businesses from a distance. If you do find your location has been compromised, there's also the option to add a Missile Lock-On Jammer to stop other players from being able to target you while you make your getaway.

There are lots of fresh rides arriving with the Agents of Sabotage update

This already includes the Bravado Banshee GTS pictured above, which is free for GTA+ subscribers, along with the Police Predator patrol boat that all players can claim for free through December 15 as a reward for the community successfully completing the recent The Heist Challenge.

<![CDATA[ Best Path of Exile 2 Monk build ]]> The best Path of Exile 2 Monk build is one that focuses on lightning damage and lightning speed, working towards the Invoker so you can make the most out of this choice. The POE2 Monk is one of the most powerful and complex classes, so a build needs to balance easy use and high power effectively - and that's what we've got laid out for you just below. Here's how to make the best Invoker Monk build in Path of Exile 2.

The best Monk Build in POE 2

This Path of Exile 2 Monk build prioritises the following elements:

  • High speed, evasion and battlefield manoeuvrability
  • Lightning damage and rapid AOE attacks

The monk's strengths have always been towards agility and speed, and while this makes him more complicated to play, leaning into these qualities goes a long way to showing why he's in the S-tier of the Path of Exile 2 classes. Some have had a lot of success making the Monk invoker model focused on both cold and lightning, but we had more luck doubling down on one. Here are the essentials of the loadout you should be aiming for, as well as what mods and abilities you should try to find on each one:

  • Equipment/loadout
    • Weapon: Quarterstaff (lightning damage/physical damage/attack speed)
    • Head: Mask (evasion/energy shield/critical hit chance/life increase)
    • Body: Robes/Garb (prioritise evasion/energy shield buffs)
    • Hands: Linen Wraps (attack speed)
    • Boots: Threaded Shoes (prioritise evasion/energy shield buffs)
  • Skill Gems
    • Quarterstaff Strike
    • Falling Thunder: Lightning Infusion/Perpetual Charge
    • Killing Palm: Behead
    • Stormwave
    • Tempest Flurry: Conduction/Martial Tempo/Lightning Infusion
    • Tempest Bell: Magnified Effect/Ruthless
    • Cast on Shock: Concentrated Effect/Comet/Spell Echo/Inevitable Critical
    • Orb of Storms: Lightning Exposure/Overabundance
  • Passive Skills
    • Work towards Lightning Damage, Evasion, Mana Regeneration and Critical Hit Chance
  • Spirit Gem
    • Herald of Thunder
  • Ascendencies
    • Invoker
      • Sunder My Enemies
      • Lead me Through Grace
      • The Soul Springs Eternal
      • I am the Thunder…

The key elements here are lightning damage, done mainly through Falling Thunder and the Tempest Bell, and mobility - stay moving, keep using your skills both for damage and battlefield control, and be incredibly liberal with the dodge roll.

Obviously what's above is a rough template and path for players to follow out of the early game, with enough wiggle room to experiment with other abilities along the way. Make sure to use the Path of Exile 2 trading system to get electrically charged items, and test out various combinations of passives with the Path of Exile 2 respec system.

Go from brawler to sniper with our Path of Exile 2 Mercenary build guide, where we show you how to be a master of the elements and explosives alike.

<![CDATA[ How to complete the Seat of Eternity Canopic Jar puzzle in Indiana Jones ]]> Completing the Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity mystery involves placing four Canopic Jars on the correct pedestals to open a sarcophagus. However, finding the jars is the main challenge as they're hidden all over the Seat of Eternity tomb complex, requiring you to use Indy's whip and some creative thinking to find them all. The sarcophagus doesn't offer spectacular rewards, but you will get a good number of Adventure Points out of this mystery, so here's what you need to do solve the Seat of Eternity Canopic Jar puzzle in Indiana Jones.

As mentioned, your main objective for figuring out the Seat of Eternity puzzle in Indiana Jones is to find four Canopic Jars and place them on the pedestals with artwork matching what appears on the head of the jar. Once you've found the four jars, place them on their pedestals in the way detailed in the image above: going left to right, Human, Falcon, Jackal, and Baboon.

As for finding them all, the Falcon Jar is nearly impossible to miss, but the other three are locked behind a mini-puzzle, so here’s how you get them all:

Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity Falcon Canopic Jar location

  1. Falcon Jar: Lying next to the sarcophagus on the floor.

Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity Jackal Canopic Jar location

  1. Jackal Jar: Through the gate at the far end of the entrance corridor for this tomb complex. Use the whip on the metal ring and yank it to raise the gate, then grab the Jackal Canopic Jar on the floor. You must throw it across the pit to get it to the sarcophagus.

Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity Human Canopic Jar location

  1. Human Jar: In the pit you had to swing over to reach the sarcophagus. Drop into the pit, grab the jar, then throw it out towards the sarcophagus. Now you can climb out using the whip, pick up the jar, and carry it over to the correct pedestal.

Indiana Jones Seat of Eternity Baboon Canopic Jar location

  1. Baboon Jar: Through the destructible wall at the end of the main corridor. To destroy the wall, you can grab a metal rod in the pit when grabbing the Human Jar and throw it out. Climb out and then use the rod to smash the wall, revealing a dark corridor. Head all the way to the end to find the Baboon Canopic Jar.

Once you’ve placed each jar in the correct position, the sarcophagus will open to reveal one of the many Ancient Relics available in Gizeh. Collecting this gives you 80 Adventure Points and completes the Seat of Eternity Mystery, bagging you a further 225 Adventure Points - that's 305 points in total, which will nicely contribute to unlocking some useful books for Indy.

These sorts of puzzles are what makes this game great, as noted in our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle review, and are also what makes it one of the best adventure games.
